Had a load of lumber collapse on my flat bed they went above and beyond to unload my entire truck restack and put it all back together I'd highly recommend them to anyone

Semi broke down in Decatur al. Cops were aholes but Shane from Ted's towing was absolutely straight up great guy! Towed my truck,delivered my load nearby for a reasonable price and made sure I got to a hotel....great service in my book....

I had Ted's Towing take my Tiffin motorhome from my home in South Huntsville to the Freightliner service center in Madison after discovering a coolant leak. I did not want to try to drive the coach there to prevent any further damage. The truck showed up with Ted (I was told) and a very capable young woman. They handled the hook-up and disconnecting the drive shaft on my coach very professionally. When I went to Velocity truck center the next morning, everything appeared perfect. They even re-connected the drive shaft before they left. A job very well done! Kudos!

I was at Ted's Wrecker service to repair someone's RV that Ted's towed. I was told they needed it fixed quickly, they were being charged 100.00 a day for the RV to be parked there.

I've had 2 separate breakdowns within a week, one in Cullman and one in Cortland Alabama. Both times I had Timmy as the service tech. Both times he was very quick and had me on my way in great time. Would definitely recommend him if broken down in the area.

I was a victim of my teenage son's girlfriend taking my car for a spin ( without my permission) and she got the car impounded by the police, they had the car towed by this company. Well it took me a couple days to come up with the money 225.00 and had my husband go with me to pick the car up. Well his observant self didn't realise that the stereo and radar detector was gone!!! Yes I'm sure you're thinking like I was... like really how did u not, but yes it really is gone!!! So I had my husband call the wrecker company and guess what they had to say? Well it was in there , I saw it with my own eyes!! And basically told my husband that he stolen our own stereo. So, now I'm mad and I called and asked for the owner, turns out we was talking to the owner the whole time. I asked him if he would please check the security cameras for me because my stuff has been stolen, and again he claims that he saw the stereo with his own eyes . So I guess I'm suppose to believe that my husband while driving and me following him, he pulled the stereo out of the dash and hid it from me from the time we drove home??? Sorry for the long story I just wanted you to know how this company operates! I wasn't even blaming the owner I just wanted him to help me and check the cameras but he wouldn't even do that for me, because he claims that the stereo was in there when we left. Please think twice before you pick this company!! They will steal your stuff!!!

Take pictures of your vehicle before towing!!!!!!

Tow driver backed too close and damaged chrome brush guard.

Everyone makes mistakes but according to owner.....not his drivers.

Not a reputable business and owner is very rude.

$200.00 for tow and $185.00 damages so $385.00 for a 5 mile tow.

Don't get screwed too!!!!!

Will not allow lienholders or insurance adjusters to even see vehicles without paying towing and storage fees.
