Very impressed with Ted’s Garage! The waiting room is a clean and inviting place to wait—coffee, candy, hgtv, and air fresheners. The guys who work there are friendly, honest, and trustworthy. I’ve never been pushed to get service that my car didn’t need. It is pretty easy to get the car in when I need to. I highly recommend Ted’s!

Jamie has been. working on 2006 ML350 for years. he replaced the engine, and I never had a problem. him and chancy and very friendly. I highly recommend them.

This was my first time in this location and I was skeptical about going here. I meet Jamie. Jamie was extremely helpful and friendly. He fixed my 2005 Mercedes ml350 for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend going to see him. The only down said is that there may be a wait time as they are overbooked, but Jamie told me that will be fixed once they get another mechanic. Jamie will be my only go-to mechanic from now on.

I have been going to this shop for a long time now. Jamie is the best! He has taken good care of all my Mercedes Benz vehicles! He will make sure that your repair is done right at a fair and honest price. I love this shop. Jamie and crew, you ROCK!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE, ESPECIALLY NOT A MERCEDES!!!!!

This garage says they work on Mercedes and other luxury, foreign vehicles, however, they DO NOT know what they are doing!!! I took my Mercedes here for radiator work and:

1) I ended up paying MORE than I was quoted,

2) The work took TWICE AS LONG as they said it would,

3) My car was BADLY scratched during the repair,

4) They NEVER called me like they said they would to repair the scratch (they offered a new paint job),

5) The radiator repair lasted ONLY 31 days and my vehicle ran hot, I was stranded and I needed to tow my car which cost over $400 by itself.

When I took it to the next repair shop I was told the radiator was installed incorrectly and the hoses and hose clamps were put on backwards which caused them to loosen, all the radiator fluid to run out, and the car to run hot.

Days after calling them to remind them that they were supposed to call me to schedule the repair for the damage they did to my car, the shoddy repair work was discovered, so I did not feel comfortable putting my vehicle back into their hands for the paint work/scratch repair or ANYTHING else!!!

TAKE MY ADVICE, RUN, DON'T WALK FROM THIS REPAIR SHOP!!!! The owner seems like a decent man, but unfortunately he has some backyard mechanics who don't know what they are doing working for him and are careless by damaging customer vehicles. His employees make him and his business look bad and cost him more money in the long run through body shop work, repeated repairs, and bad reviews...

I started taking my Mercedes to Ted's Garage (formally Rollins) earlier this year for service. Jamie Crews has worked on my car twice and I am always satisified with the work! Jamie is knowledgeable, his prices are fair, and he is super nice! I find value in great customer service and I have not been disappointed!
