Technicians were great. Purchased a new tire and the tire is terrible. It has a lot of road noise and the feel of the drive is off. Only had the tire for 24 hours and probably drove on the tire for less than an hour. Asked if I could return the tire and was told that once I drove off the property they will not accept a return for the tire. Owner's wife was not helpful at all. She did not listen to what I was saying but kept saying no return. Just bring it back for us to look at it to see what is wrong. What is wrong is that it is a cheap tire. Should have gone with my first instincts and not purchased it but I was in a difficult situation at the time. Lesson learned and to never return to them again. This is not my only time of having an issue with them but tried to give them another chance. Fooled me once shame on you, fooled me twice shame on me, but you will not fool me again. Just be aware of their policies and pricing before purchasing. Again, the techs were great. It's just the ones running the office that are unprofessional and difficult to deal with.

Used to come here all the time for my tire balancing and the alignment, but not coming anymore.
Did the alignment with the wheel tilted to the left, and blaming my tire for being used, and not holding the wheel in place. Used to be a good place to get my services done, but I’ve lost my trust in this guys.
