I love the selection they have. I can always try something new, and if you aren't sure you will like it you can do a split cup to get a safe drink on one half just in case. I like that they offer larger sizes as well. The mochi ice cream is delicious. The staff has always been welcoming and pleasant. It can be crowded in the store but worth it. They also offer Keychain, hats, and other small items. Plenty of parking due to the location in the shopping center.
My recent visit to TeaStori left me feeling extremely disappointed. After having visited the business a few years ago and being pleased with my experience, I had high hopes for my return. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment as I tried the split cup beverage consisting of Taro Milk and a strawberry rose milk tea. Both drinks fell short in terms of taste and left me feeling unsatisfied.
My husband's choice of the Coconut milk tea also did not meet his expectations. The flavors were lackluster and failed to leave a lasting impression. The only highlight of my visit was the macaron I ordered, which managed to salvage some enjoyment from an otherwise underwhelming trip.
In conclusion, I left TeaStori feeling let down by the quality of their teas. While the macaron was indeed delicious, it was not enough to make up for the lackluster drinks that failed to meet my expectations. Unfortunately, this visit did not live up to the standard I had previously experienced and has left me hesitant to return in the future.
This is definitely more than a boba place, with a wide selection of drinks as well as mochi and macarons. We opted to try all three and were pleasantly surprised at all. The macarons were light and fluffy and the mochi was delicious as were the milk teas.
You order through a screen, so you lose out on that personal touch, and most of the items lack a description- perhaps most patrons know what they want, but I always appreciate descriptions. Nonetheless, it was service with a smile when they handed us our order.
I visit TeaStori quite regularly and have been going here for years. I enjoy the awesome flavors, ability to customize drinks for my dairy-free friends, great pricing, clean environment, and the cute decor inside that’s always changing every few months. And of course the quick and kind staff members! (PS - I hope one day a guava milk tea will be added to the menu, would be awesome).
Very cute boba/tea shop. I was reccomended here by a friend and it is worth the 20 minute drive to the USF area. They decorate for the holidays and the staff are always very friendly. The boba/tea is reasonably priced with many customizations with something for everyone.
This location has indoor and outdoor seating. The location can be fully contactless if you desire. There is a cashier area and a walk up order and pay kiosk. I did the walk up and order kiosk and I had a reward to redeem (phone number based reward program), but needed help. The barista showed me how to redeem and was kind. The store was adorably decorated and very clean. There is a cute themed photo booth that we used. The drinks were delicious, I recommend the popcorn flavor and the lavender milk tea with boba.
A hidden gem in a big city…
If I had the money I would have bought one of each flavor of their menu drinks.
Remember, if you own a teastori mason glass with lid and straw, you get a discount on any drink on the menu.
You always get an amazing drink here. Fantastic service. Such fair prices and delicious drinks, I don’t know why you’d go to Starbucks or Dunkin’s. I’ve always had a wonderful experience here.
