We recently moved to Elk Grove from Bay Area and we have been trying to find a milk tea place. They gave us some really good recommendations off the menu. We loved how they have some Interesting concepts like split cups, special bottles and potted plant milk teas. We do love the wide variety of flavors and toppings. We ordered Thai milk tea and Strawberry black milk tea, 50% sweetness with honey boba and no ice. We really liked the drink - there was a good balance of sweetness and tea taste. We usually prefer more of a tea taste - perhaps we will try it with less sweetness next time. We haven't experienced any issues here. Service was quick and staff was nice. Prices are decent.
I watched the owners (wife and husband) yell at their customers. They treat the works terribly. I hope this Tea Culture get bought by someone else so they can revamp this place cause as it stands now it’s not worth your money or time. Bober (which is across the street) is so much better and cheaper.
I love the honey milk tea with large tapioca Boba, it my favorite!
Drinks are okey, fried oyster was good, fried squid and popcorn chicken was a “disaster”! We were there April 26 3pmish, while also waiting for our pizza at Mountain Mikes. We’re a regular of T4 and sorry it’s our first time and won’t be back…
The Pina Colada was refreshing.
My Brown Sugar Oolong Milktea was alright.
Overall the drinks was decent. Like nothing really stood out is all I'm saying. But worth a visit just to try~
If you stop in, you gotta order the 'Honey Toast'. It's always so good & of course, filling! You can choose from different toppings & it's made FRESH, So you will need to wait but it's worth it!
The drinks are great!! I highly recommend the coffee smoothie and teas. Unfortunately, The food is not so good. Ordered the calamari, popcorn chicken & fries. Both the calamari & popcorn chicken were really hard to chew. However, they were nice enough to let me exchange the food.
Tea Culture on Elk Grove Florin had a promotion on 10/21/19. $3 for any milk tea drink in a plastic bottle and 1 free topping.
Got Thai tea with green tea boba, green tea with boba, and popcorn chicken.
For the drinks, I added only 50% sugar. My Thai tea tasted kinda sweet, but still delicious.
My friend like the popcorn chicken. You add your own spices: chilli peppers, peppers, cheese. They gave sweet and sour as dipping.
Everything is less than $12.
