I’ve been going to this salon for a while now and I knew Wilson, the owner when he worked a at different salon. My daughter and I go there together for pedicures. Saturday I had a gel manicure done by Mercy. This morning (Tuesday) the polish chipped off one nail while doing normal household tasks. I’ve never had this happen before - even after working in the garden!. I called right away to come back in and have it fixed. I wanted to come in tomorrow afternoon. I was told I could come today at 4:30. But that was not going to work for my schedule and could come in the following day. I was told they were booked all day Wednesday, and Thursday and said I’d have to wait until Friday. I said I needed it fixed before then and it was only one nail - not a full manicure appointment. After arguing with them, they would not budge to get me in. They said it’s not their fault. Well guess what? They just lost 2 customers. There are plenty of other salons in town.
I have been going here for over a year and usually the service is great. That’s why I always come back. But this time I am so disappointed. This is the worst pedi I’ve ever had. The nail polish isn’t applied correctly, thin in some spots and on some of my toes is a layer of clear nail polish that I’m now trying to pick off. Massage was way shorter than it usually is and not good. Add the bloody toe to it and it just was an overall complete waste of money. I will probably redo this myself at home.
Worst part is when I asked them to fix it, they applied another layer of color to one toe and left the rest.so now they don’t even match and the other toes still look bad. Not worth my time arguing, but I will not come back.
I get a dip and pedi, french style. Love the atmosphere, kind service and the fact I dint have to ask to cut my cuticles.
Best place in town for cute nails good price, call in advanced for appointment, Jennifer did my nails and I love them. I definitely recommend coming here.
I'm new to the area and I am so glad I chose this salon. First off the appointment started right on time. The place is spotless pride of ownership shines through.. Their prices are fair and the quality of work is outstanding. It's been over a week and no chipping of polish. I will definitely be back.
The best gel manicure I’ve ever in my life. Great experience. Clean and inviting atmosphere. Amazing technique. Love my nails. I would never go anywhere else.
The fake nails they made me look so natural, no one would notice. Also, I also tried dipping powder nails, and the results were really impressive. The color and durability of the nails make me extremely satisfied.
This is a AWESOME salon!!! They are nail artists for sure. Sparkling clean salon, wonderful and fun personalities and professionalism that words can't even describe!! Wilson is a hoot for sure and the gals are super. Best pedicure I've ever had! Unlike the previous salon I went to, your artist pays attention to you and the work they are doing rather than being pre-occupied with everything else that is going on in the salon leaving you sitting there wondering how long this will take. Also, your nail health is their number one priority rather than piling product over product over product on top and not ever removing it but just ripping at your nails enough to put more on. I am so thankful I found this wonderful shop and can't thank my "hair stylist" enough for referring me.
