Had one of the Toast menu items that had salmon, avocado, cucumbers, scallions and more. It was fantastic. That was followed by a Very Berry smoothie which was also excellent. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. A welcome treat on Church St. Will be back.
So happy to have this new spot in Naugatuck! My smoothie was DELICIOUS and full of protein, and the avocado toast also had a great taste and was very filling. The owner has wonderful customer service, very conscious about allergies and encouraged me to try everything as he was making it to assure I liked it. My smoothie and toast was great but I am a slow eater, so he made sure to let me know that he would remake anything to my liking. Super nice & friendly! Chill atmosphere. The only thing that I could think of suggesting would be allowing doordash/uber eats to start picking up orders so I could order more!!! Will definitely be back in-person regardless though! ????
Got a green popeye smoothie and it was SO good, you can tell the ingredients are fresh. The owner is welcoming & funny and you can tell he takes pride in every single detail. I tried the gelato and it was creamy & refreshing, highly suggest the coconut. Will definitely be back!
Stopped in craving a smoothie and was pleasantly surprised. The place is unassuming but the service and variety of smoothies is top vibes. Will definitely return when in the area.

Actually healthy!!! Not sugary! They are the best! Taste amazing and my body thanked me. Went here after the gym and I even got some tips for working out from the owner. He knows his food and really understands the body. Please everyone go there!
I came here with my family and got the Verry Berry Bowl and it was probably the best thing I have ever had it was amazing and my sister came with me and got a dairy free one! (Very inclusive for everyone) I would recommend!
My daughter and I were passing through town and were lucky to stumble across this place. Excellent service! Fresh! Best green smoothie ever! Try the meat patties. They are delicious! Not what I expected. Delicate pastry with meat bean mixture. We will be looking for an excuse to come back this way now!
Listen very well when I say this place right here IS AMAZING!!!! I bought the burn it up wellness shot and the avocado toast and this might just be me but let me tell you that I've never had better avocado toast???????????? Also that wellness shot was most definitely a wellness shot ????????and they gave me a bit of honey for it which was so kind because my mouth was spicy from the red pepper flakes!! The service was amazing we chatted and it wasn't awkward or anything and we laughed and joked the whole time!! And the atmosphere is so cozy and clean I would spend entire afternoon here if I could!!! And also this was my first time here so I would most definitely say that I had a great first impression!!????????
