You are warmly greeted when you enter Taza. You get the sense you are truly welcome.
Excellent menu and huge portion sizes, you'll be eating for days.
Service is top-notch. Talk to the owner. He has a welcoming smile and a friendly spirit. Doesn't know a stranger. Treats you like family.
Had the beef kabob, grilled chicken and the grilled shrimp. All dishes were perfectly chargrilled, succulent and delicious. Perfectly teamed with grilled vegetables and rice.
The flavors are supurb with just the perfect hint of spice, served fresh off the grill.
Don't leave without some rice pudding. Just don't. You'll be so glad you did.

Delicious food and awesome portions. Very good shish and shwarma. The owners are so warm and welcoming, giving us extra toum to go! I will come back again.
Order a chicken cream chop dinner and a large chicken tawook fattoush salad with a chicken lemon rice soup and rice on 5-11.
The chicken tawook was juicy but had a nice char on it that made it extremely delicious on the fattoush salad. The fattoush dressing was some of the best I have ever had. The salad was fresh. The portions were a little smaller than I expected but the quality made it no issue.
The chicken cream chop dinner was amazing, the yellow rice was delicious and cooked perfectly and the chicken cream chop was fried just right to where the chicken wasn’t dry and still was nice and juicy. The garlic sauce was top notch and went great on the cream chop. The chicken lemon rice soup had great flavor and was t to over powering like some places.
One of the best meals I have ordered in a while, definitely will be back.
Ive been coming to this spot since 2010. I moved out of the area to Ann Arbor, but every time I'm going to Detroit or through downriver, I stop here. The food quality has never changed and the service is the best service you will get from a lot of places around, which is why I still come back. The food is in another league.
My husband and I came here for the first time and the food was amazing! My husband is on a low sodium diet and they catered to his needs! We felt comfortable eating in this establishment... It's small but quaint! Gotta check them out!!❤️
Their food is great but I'm ashamed to say we ordered fries while their (kid) and they are the best I have ever had... anywhere! Worth noting.
Absolutely amazing food! Been here many times and would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to get great food and good prices!!! Menu selections good, Very clean and quiet place. The management is super friendly as well! I will definitely be back!
