From the moment you enter, the ambiance and beauty of the salon and the warmth of Ashleigh and Shannon set the tone for a most welcoming and enjoyable experience. I have been a client for several years and always leave out excited about what just happened to my hair. They take hair health as serious business in all processes. Ashleigh is my regular stylist who does amazing things with color and cuts. I get compliments on my hair color all the time! I have also witnessed the beautiful hair that Shannon creates and have friends that go to her as well. Both ladies are TRUE artists that take their craft very seriously.
Ashleigh, is an not only an amazing master colorist, she is professional, warm, and authentic. I needed a new look to lift my spirits and Ashleigh exceeded my expectations! She's the real deal! I am absolutely obsessed with my hair! If you are looking for dimensional color, Ashleigh has mastered it down to a science. The salon was beautiful. I especially love the decor of the salon. As soon as you walk in, the first thing you will notice are the gorgeous plants and artwork. The other stylist were warm and friendly and I felt at home. I highly recommend Taylor and York!
I have been going to Ashleigh for years - she is the first stylist I ever went to where I have never felt the need to fix my hair once I reached the car :-) I can sit in her chair and trust her to make sure that my hair is beautiful and healthy.
The salon is lovely and the woman can keep a schedule (I often call her a machine). I am so grateful for the space and community she has cultivated at Taylor and York.
Ashleigh gave me the best haircut of my life last week! Highly highly recommend them and the salon. The vibe of the entire establishment was very warm, calm, and welcoming. All the staff were incredibly thoughtful and kind, and they even let me order food to the salon while I waited for my hair to dry. 10/10!

I've had my hair done 3 times now at this salon and each time I was very pleased. I always get my hair done with Shannon who is a wonderful stylist, I've only gotten blow outs done by her but from what I've seen she can damn near do it all. My overall experience at this salon has been a great one and I'd highly recommend to anyone- no matter what style or type of hair you have.

I send everyone here and even hosted Ashleigh in my home (safely) during the pandemic. I trust her completely. There is just something really wonderful about being in the care of someone who you know is doing their life’s work. Ashleigh is insanely talented and the salon is always super clean and very covid-safe. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
