I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with body damage on my brand new GMC AT4HD due to a hit and run incident. Thankfully, I found Taylor's Collision to help rectify the situation, and I must say Max and Dennis did an excellent job.

This is the second time taking my car here, the first being towed their after an accident and the second after I was hit in a parking lot. The quality of work is great and despite some delays in parts they stayed open late to finish my car in the quoted time so I could get to work. Max is a stand up guy, I would recommend Taylor’s to anyone in the area!

Great place! Max was able to take in my car same day and even drove me to pick up my rental. They made my car look brand new and even fixed some scraps and dents that were not part of the collision. They even saved me money on the deductible by salvaging some parts!

Had our Ram 5500 taken to them after a accident. They kept us informed the whole way through and their prices beat any of the other shops we saw. Max and his staff provided excellent Customer service. In and out in under 2 weeks when other shops were estimating months for some of the parts. Will use them again.

Went to major repair shop (sports and imports), got an estimate that was three times higher. I almost got robbed and then I remembered Taylor's Collision. Ask for Max. Quality work, fair prices and your car won't sit around for months.

Next issue, (Wife's car). Someone backed into it while parked, a few small holes in the bumper. I would have not had it repaired. But she wanted to She was not willing to let anyone but Atlanta Classic Cars, her Mercedes dealer repair her car until they told her it would cost about 2500 dollars. It needed a new bumper (not true) and so on and so on. I told her to give Taylor Collision a shot. She did. They repaired it for far less than what the dealership was going to charge. And the car looks great! Thanks again to the team at Taylor's Collision.

Stopped to get estimate for a small scrape on my bumper, Max was incredible and said it could be touched up. He got a little container of paint and touched up my bumper and it looked good as new. I offered to pay him, but he said no, he was just doing his job!! I recommend Taylor Collision highly to everyone and if more people were customer friendly like Max, this world would be a better place!!

I was referred to Taylor Collision and went for an estimate. I was given a date to bring vehicle in. On date they pushed the date back. No problem. After 5 months, 6 calls, 1 email and a text directly to owner, nothing - no response. Can't really rate the quality of work. I hear it's great...price seemed great also. However, I can rate the customer experience. Disappointing.

Hands down the best body shop in the Duluth area. Max is super helpful when it comes to fixing your vehicle and explains everything very detailed. Would highly recommend for any body work on any of my cars !
