I wanted small box braids and Tata asked did I have a picture I told her I can find one. I did find one and constantly stated small braids. I am upset with how my head look.
In the mean time she says I can braid one and let you see. You braided one which was small so I said yeah that size. She did a few braids and asked me to pay. I gave her $240 cash. She started making parts bigger and braids bigger I immediately complained and she says just let me finish I’m not finish. I immediately asked for my money back she wouldn’t give it. She says it just look like that. I stated I have got my hair done numerous times and this is medium when I asked for small. She supposedly call herself giving me a deal, claim it cost $300 but I am charging you $250. Only reason why she got $240 and not $250 is because they had sign posted to pay for service in beginning and I didn’t have change for $20 to pay the remainder $10. Long story short she didn’t finish my hair, did medium braids instead of small braids which is what I paid for, took short cut by making parts bigger then finish quicker. I have to finish braiding my own hair down. Also I came the next day 6/29/18 so she could do the small braids I requested and she said she would do them and she didn’t. I waited over five hours for her to do my hair and she didn’t. I must sue her now. Please do not give the money up front it is a bad idea. She told me to be quiet as I was talking, called me crazy, told me to look that way, just very disrespectful. She appear nice until she get that money in her hand and someone talk about her braiding ability. She says I been braiding for about 14 years, unsure of what that suppose to mean.
I am left with no choice but to sue her and I told her that, she says go right ahead I’m ready for whatever.
If possible I'd give this establishment 0 stars, I went in to get my hair braided and left after a person "whom allegedly doesn't speak English " attempted to rip every hair out of my head using a rat tail comb to detangle my curly and product covered hair. I wish google allowed video as I recorded the entire interaction ????. They then had the audacity to be upset about me leaving after speaking negatively about me and damaging my hair. Worst hair experience ever!!
Honestly, if I can give less than 1 star I would! I paid $150 for some braids for my 7yr old daughter. It looks like a 12 yr old beginning braider would do. Never again! I uploaded pictures! I sent my mother with my daughter to get her hair done, if it was me up there this definitely would’ve went different because I feel like I wasted my money because these already look like they have been up for a month! The photos that’s attached is taken 3days after they did her hair..FYI! Do better!
TaTa and her daughters was very professional throughout the whole time I was there. Tata was able to come into the shop early for me and made sure I got out on time. I love my hair it's very neat, Tata and her daughters did a great job. Thanks so much and I'll see you guys again for my next set of braids.
I've been here a couple of times. They are very accommodating as I call the day of and always get service that day. My experience has good. They haven't done a bad job on any style I've gotten. Responds quickly they don't answer by text or call

I read the reviews and saw people saying it's roaches here. I was here almost 8hours and didn't see not one Roach. I did see a mice though lol. Other than that my experience was amazing. I will continue to do business here
Well this particular moment is my second time getting my hair done by her. The first time I had got crochets at her temporary spot and the owner made my hair come out because she put nail glue in the weave at the part of tightening the knot. Hair looked ok for it to be crochets.
Okay, so this time I'm getting feed in braids to the side styled a certain way meaning your parting , the way you part my hit is everything, and that's where we went wrong not parting my hair the way of the style I showed you , I asked for small braids because I have thick hair and the braids were not small as well she talking on the phone going back and forth to another clients head
I'm upset not again
I gave her a second chance and she messed up again
