Amazing, delicious, clean eating. We came here to break a 3-day fast. Lots of add-on options. Good prices. Food came out in under 7 minutes. We both got the seafood bowls with lobster and shrimp. Tons of nutrition. Service was outstanding. Ordered in-house from the app, super easy to use. The check had tip options with totals so you don't have to do math, with a custom option as well. You could eat here often, get great nutrition and even lose weight, if desired. We will come here again and again for clean, delicious (and fun!) eating.
Best hot pot experience I’ve ever had. Went on Friday and still craving the tasty food we experienced. They come over often to check on you and offer you more broth which I thought was a nice touch. Got the kimchi and beef soup, both were delicious with a lot of tasty flavors! We also loved the chili oil
Excellent food! Amazingly fast and attentive service. The food here is legit and the pots come out cooking strong! Very good prices for a lot of food. I think it’s the best hot pot value around.
This was a good choice. The restaurant is nice inside. The service was good and efficient, although I feel like I couldn’t fully communicate with my server. You order your food from your phone. The food was ok. The broth was a bit bland. I wish they had an option for me to build my own so I can not waste the items I don’t want. No option to take them out. Overall good experience. I’d go back to try a different flavor.
I mainly don’t make reviews but I’m feeling bad over the one stars, I’m a regular here and have even worked there when it first opened up. If you’re a regular you’ll have to get used to the idea the broth is not going to taste the same. I got the number 11 switched to the Thai flavor. Personally I loved the flavor it wasn’t the same as the old one but it was still good and flavorful. A lemony taste. I think they just opened so they’re figuring out how everything works. The employees did seem a little shy but I think that’s because they’re new at this as well and don’t want to mess up. One compliant is their side noodle. I actually like their chunky noodle inside the pot it’s really good but the side vermicelli is thinner and gritty ? The drink also looks about the same in size and I personally really liked my black tea, it tasted the same for me.
UPDATE: Came INSIDE to eat and they horrible costumer service. They eat in front of you which is kinda awkward, lol. It’s so hard to grab their attention. We spent 10 minutes trying to get their attention to order from them since the Qr wasn’t working. You can even make direct eye contact and they won’t get the hint. When we got the soup it was soooo bland. Like no flavor whatsoever I had to ask for additional paste on the side.
The food is outstanding! Honestly even if the service was bad (which it is not) I would still come if the food tasted this good. Well done. Life time customer here!
Very nice restaurant in a Fry's plaza. Hot pot is a unique style of soup. Comes with rice or vermicelli. Loved the curry version. Lots of veggies and fish balls. Excellent service, you can get refills of broth. Great boba, the cream black tea was delicious like ice cream.
The soup and dumplings I tried were great! The service is severely lacking even when they slow down with customers. Took forever to get our water bottle refilled and for our checks to finally arrive.
