My wife and I was finally able to try this hot pot place out after hearing such good things about it from my sister. We come to the plaza that this place is in a lot but never visited this restrauant. Finding parking last night was difficult because some CSUN students park there. When we walked in, we were seated right away since they weren't busy. The staff are very nice and will answer any questions you have. You can order with them or scan the QR code and order from your phone. My wife went with the Japanese Miso Hot Soup and I went with the Beef Hot Soup. I wasn't sure what vermicelli was so I had to ask. My wife also ordered their Rose Milk Tea and Passion Fruit Green Tea. We thought the soup was good, they give you alot of side dishes in the soup already. So even though you don't get a lot of noodles, you'll get full from the dish. The staff checked in with us from time to time to make sure everything was good.

We're so happy to have this hot pot place opened up in the valley. Quality and taste are even better than Boiling Point in our opinion.
We ordered Beef Flavor and Thai Flavor. They are both very tasty with a lot of different ingredients and amazing broth. We can finish the soup without the lingering taste of msg like other places.
The place is spacious, clean and has very nice ambiance. They just opened less than a week, so servers are still in training and require a bit of patience. But overall, we received friendly service from the beginning to the end.

Very good hotpot place with a convenient ordering system. Instead of waiters you scan a QR code menu and order from there. They also have physical menus. Cozy looking place inside. Very spicy is actually pretty spicy.
Came here on a Friday, pretty busy, got seated quickly though as it is a large space. The food was very good, lots of different things inside, super flavorful. The teas took a while to arrive, but very very good. The boba here is better than 90% of boba shops in the valley, got the Crème peach Green tea, it had cheese foam on top, super refreshing! Highly recommend.
Great individual hot pot place! Sad to see Szechuan Place close because they served great Szechuan food.
Tasty Spot kept most of the previous decor, so it felt familiar still.
You order through a scan code and they will bring the food you ordered to you.

Got myself a Cheese Milk broth on the app but I saw there was a tomato option, so I was curious to try. I thought it would be milk and tomato broth. All I tasted was the tomato broth. I asked the really kind server, Jann, and he told me they fully replace the broth to tomato should you choose the tomato option under cheese milk broth. Make sure you keep it at original if you want the cheesy broth.
Every topping there were great! Unlike boiling point, you can't choose to take out an ingredient. Here, you can even get rid of the cabbages!
I also got the Hokkaido milk tea which wasn't all that. Definitely not BP Hokkaido!
Overall, this is a great place if you want hot pot!
I had to change my old review I left on Google from a 1 star, to a 5 star. I decided to come here again after my last visit didn't go so good and it was completely different. John who served my table had excellent customer service and made me feel welcome. The food was really good, and it made me definitely want to try more of their menu. Your rating should be a lot higher on here now.
The Beef Hot Soup was PERFECT for a rainy day. The food was hot and the soup flavorful. I added an egg and steamed dumplings, the perfect combination for a hearty soup.
We went for dinner, and it seemed like lots of people ordered for to-go or for some reasons they were not guiding guests to empty tables, so we actually waited for ~10min before we got to asked them for seats. They then brought the menu and gave us the QR code and told us to order using that... not sure if that's the only way you can place the order, but we were told to do so... We ordered the food, and they served the rice (which I thought would come with the hotpot, and the rice was cold, maybe was prepared beforehand and waited to be served for a while already) and water first, then the waitress brought us the utensils... and from there, we waited for 30mins before our hotpot was served.
Tbh, I had really high expectations because it says to be Taiwanese hotpot... and found out only limited options available and the taste was not to my like at all... but I think as for the style of individual hotpot it's Taiwanese, as for the tastes and flavors, the ingredients and whatever got put into the hotpot... they've tried but it doesn't taste Taiwanese...
The service was ok... as I'm aware that the staffs seemed to still be in training...
Overall, if you're looking for the individual hotpot style you'll probably like this place, but if you're looking for local Taiwanese flavor and taste, you'll be disappointed.
