I had the Bento Box Lunch Special. The price was quite inexpensive at $9.99, but the quality just was not there. I ordered the beef cooked medium, but it came out as chicken. I didn't want to wait, so I just ate it. It was OK, but nothing special and certainly not as good as that other local Japanese restaurant (on Citrus). My wife enjoyed the Playboy Roll. It looked better than what I had and my daughter had the Grilled Chicken Lunch special. She enjoyed that. If it were just me, I would give 3 stars, but the other meals looked pretty good. My advice would be to skip the lunch specials and just order the specialty sushi rolls. I've had those before and would recommend.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR ONE! For 2 $14 for a diy smore kit ! 1 graham cracker a person . Crazy then the owner was yelling at us and said your order you buy! NEVER EVER COMING HERE EVER AGAIN!!!! HOW CAN 2 people eat off of this order. Please explain !!!!! RUDEEEEE
Food was excellent! Highly recommend the voodoo roll and the pineapple fried rice. Bring your appetite because they aren't stingy! We had a party of 6 and were served promptly. Only thing that could use some work is one of the the food runners needs to be told the name of the rolls because we don't know what they look like lol. But that's a small thing.
Small local place that has unfortunately down hill. Portion have gotten smaller and that is the sign of the times. But in addition to it seafood freshness has suffered. My advice of you go don't go for sushi unless cooked unless you have time to be in the bathroom. And don't bother ordering ahead. They won't start the order until you are on site.
There are better options.

Called there today to order a lettuce wrap roll and the owner hung up on my daughter, I called back she sent me to voicemail, I called back agin and she hung up on me while I was talking. She is extremely rude and I will never order or eat there agin. Also this is not the first time she has been rude over the phone when I have placed an order in the past. This place is going down hill.
We paid $80 for the amount of food shown in the picture (half of that being the doordash delivery fee). We also ordered two orders of spicy tuna and one order of dynamite rolls and only got one order of each. When we called to ask about the missing order, the lady rudely insisted that we only ordered 2 rolls and hung up. Never eating here again.
I went in usually knowing what I want when I eat sushi. Had a death in the family and ordered a bunch of stuff. Ordered lobster roll. Half the roll had lobster tail SHELLS in the center. Went back today after calming from the sorrow of the night before. I assume the lady who waited on me last night was the owner she came out and with No regard of my situation which she knew from me explaining being distraught last night. She goes on to try to sell me another roll and explained on the teddy bear roll the sauce is drizzled you have to ask for more if you want it. So to make a longer story short I explained I will not order there again and wanted to be refunded for the lobster roll. She gave me 1.80 a 10 percent discount. As We say in America BAD BUSINES!! WILL NEVER GO BACK!
The server was amazing but the owner does not allow the server to do her job without interrupting her. The owner makes the experience very uncomfortable and no desire to return. The complimentary soup with the noodles is the only thing my daughter eats there. So every time we go she charges me extra for the noodles and if my child asks for more noodles. She makes sure to tell me it is an extra charge. I have no issue paying extra for the complimentary noodles. Mind u we had six people at the table and one complimentary soup. Owner is rude reaching over the server while trying to split the check. She doesn’t say excuse me. Very very unpleasant. Explains why it does not get packed like it used to.
