Very unappetizing and disappointing. I gave them a shot based on the seemingly good reviews but The food is bland and dry and honestly gross. The Lo Mein is bone dry and no flavor. the chicken is weird and mushy and wet and no flavor. Wouldn’t recommend
We ordered General Tso's chicken, wonton soup, and hot & sour soup for take out. While the service was normal, the food was the most disgusting Chinese I've ever had. We were able to eat some, but ended up totally throwing some out; it was so repulsive. I'm not one to waste food, but I couldn't even stand to eat the hot & sour soup. It tasted like I was eating straight vegetable oil. The wonton soup tasted like salty water. The General Tso's had this funky musty aftertaste, and the quality of the chicken meat itself was very poor. They barely cooked the broccoli, it was very firm. I'm perplexed how this has so many good reviews.
Definitely one of the better Chinese food take out places in the area. The general tsao chicken combo was prepared quickly and tasted yummy for a great price. The owners were very friendly as well. Will order from this restaurant again in the future!
Food is delicious, prices are very reasonable. I always order from this restaurant and never seems to disappoint. The steam dumplings and chicken wing are amazing, there rice is delicious. The owners are friendly and nice.
This is one of the worst Chinese takeout food in Shelton. I ordered two chicken with broccoli. It was salty and tasteless. The rice is half full in the container. The hot & sour soup is terrible. There is minimum ingredients in the soup. They used frozen vegetables and can mushroom. The frozen vegetables are not even fully cooked. I would not go back again.
The food is delicious & the owners are incredibly nice. I drove by it for years until a good friend of mine took me there for lunch & he raved about it. He was right!!
Food was awful. The used parboiled rice for their pork fried rice. It threw the taste off completely. I threw away my entire meal and ordered elsewhere.
I would rate them higher but its not available. Def. A 5 star plus restaurant. This is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants. They make everything fresh and they are very clean. Most delicious food. They are very good at working together to get things done and quickly too. I really enjoy going there, they are also very reasonably priced. I 100 percent recommend you go here. Enjoy your meal from this great restaurant.
