Great breakfast! We ordered the blueberry pancakes and the stewie platter. Both were delicious. The cafe has friendly and attentive servers. We got our food very quickly. It's nice and quiet inside and very homey feel.
Stewartville’s friendliest restaurant! Incredibly welcoming atmosphere from both the staff and patrons. My omelette was just what I needed. Make sure to bring cash!
A cute little diner. The food was great! The service was pretty good too. The interior needs an update (floors coming apart, walls and wallpaper peeling).

Had a wonderful breakfast of delicious blueberry pancakes and perfectly cooked bacon this morning! It was so great to see Karrie after I moved away six years ago. Love and miss that homemade, small town cafe atmosphere and food! ❤️
Had super high hopes for this place as it came recommended. Great service, SUPER nice people. The sausage gravy was flavorful. My suggestion to Tarsilla’s Cafe is to make your OWN biscuits. Find a great recipe and make them daily. Using Pillsbury ones from a can that taste like they were made days ago was not very appetizing. Shorten up the menu to your staples and hopefully you generate more to make the much needed fixes and improvement to the facility.
I love going here on a Friday night when they have fresh deep fried cod and deep fried shrimp all you can eat.All their soups and salads ate homemade and very good. They have a lot of selections to choose from. The wait staff are friendly,helpful, and prompt. I like the farm style decor and mixed style plates as it makes it feel cozy. I would suggest this place to anyone who hasn't been there.
