This is truly sad. I’ve ordered nachos with carne asada many times in the past, but this has to be the worse plate I’ve ever seen/eaten. I paid 13 dollars for a like 20 tortilla chips with microwaved cheese and a sad side of what they call their “guacamole”. There were no onions, no tomatoes, and no cilantro. The saddest part was just the about of chips I got. I’ve gotten so much more with much better effort with 11 dollars at la chapirrita, which is down the street btw, and was originally my first option until I found out they were closed. So I ended up here thinking it would be good since a lot cars were waiting at the drive through. Sadly it’s just another Arby’s drive in.
Been going here for many years and always order the same thing. Have always had great service until today at the Drive up to place order and young kid comes outside to take orders in the drive up and when I order two shrimp burritos and he asked what size I state super and tell him that we only want garlic shrimp, rice, beans and sour cream and he says to me very rudely and very impolite tells me. "no you can't order that, don't you read the menu, that's not correct" I tell him that is how the owner "older gentle man a few years ago told me to order it" when I ask him his name he said "for what", I told him because I wanted to let management/owner know how you are speaking to customers, the young kid just walked away. When I exited my vehicle to talk to the manager inside, the manager apologized and stated I will talk to him (the kid was standing right behind him). At this point is where the manager should have talked to the young kid right then and there and confronted him and then had him apologize for his discriminatory customer service skills. This kid has most likely been raised with a LARGE SILVER SPOON IN HIS MOUTH for the few short 18 so years of his existence and never been disciplined for treating others poorly. Sad that this new generation treats others so poorly and the Racial profiling and disrespect is unbelievable. PEOPLE TEACH YOUR KIDS BETTER!! THIS IS THE BAY AREA with so much rich culture & people are getting meaner and meaner!!! This experience today has made me rethink going back to this location. Not to mention the burrito was drier then usual and not the rich garlic flavor it has had in the past. Sad that I have to post this review.

Have been going to Senaida's since the 1980sl. Love their Burrito Supreme & their guacamole. Over the years, the burritos are not quite as good as they used to be. Don't know why as it's still owned by the same family. But they are still good. This is a drive thru or walk up to window only. There are picnic tables outside, but most of their business is drive thru.
Spent $40 on 2 burritos and an agua fresca. Besides it getting expensive I asked for 1 burrito to be extra meat and one regular so I can compare it because I always order 2 extra meat and it seems like they don’t ever put extra meat. So after taking a few bites I realize they’ve put even less meat in the regular burrito and put a regular portion in the burrito w/ “EXTRA” meat. Typically I have to order extra meat because they don’t put enough meat in the burrito in the first place so take it how you will. Really use to like this place, but i don’t recommend it anymore.
Love, love, love the food. For decades, my family has enjoyed this little diamond in the rough. The burritos are excellent. My favorite is the Super Chicken Burrito, with shredded chicken, and add sour cream.
This is our favorite go to place for Burritos. We've been coming here for over 30 years. I'm so glad this place survived. Their spicy grilled chicken and carnitas are so good... it's addicting. The price of course have increased since 30 years ago, but the flavor is still there.
Let me start with, IGNORE ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!! THEY WOULDN'T KNOW AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD IF IT BIT THEM....THEY NEED TO TAKE THEIR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE TO TACO BELL,WHAT THEY CONSIDER REAL MEXIN FOOD!!! BUT seriously though, this is hands down the Best and ONLY Authentic Mexican food in the bay area!!! I moved here (to Bay area) in 2017 from TEXAS where I was born and raised and have searched high and low for an even remotely good Mexican restaurant....in my opinion,all the others are watered down versions!! The chili rellenos were awesome!!! The rice was great and the beans were fantastic!!!! A little pricey,yes but WELL WORTH IT!! There is a reason this restaurant has been here for so many years!!! Do yourself a favor and try this place out,despite the negative reviews..... you'll be glad you did!!!As for me.... I'm headed over there now to snag me some chili rellenos....???? Ohhhh and the salsa?!?!?!....... Do yourself a favor and order extra!!!
