We’ve been here twice in two weeks, and the Tacos Los Primos team has delivered consistent excellence! The tacos are incredible, reasonably priced, and one of the best in the area. The flautas, too, were very good. So crispy, and packed a punch of flavor. Being from California, authentic Mexican food is always hard to find here on the east coast. But I’m pleased with the food here, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious meal.
So delicious, I had to add another review! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and to clarify for those wondering, these are authentic soft-shell Mexican tacos with grilled meat, cilantro, onion, salsa/pico. These are not the Americanized tacos you’ll get from Taco Bell. Do not expect lettuce, sour cream, shredded cheese, and chunks of tomato in a hard shell like the taco night you’d put together from a grocery store. I’ll admit at first we were cautious knowing this restaurant is located inside of a gas station, but it is very well kept, clean, and the staff is friendly and attentive. You will not be disappointed so long as you know you’re going for an authentic experience!
Excellent staff!! Great authentic food! The location is a little different. It is actually inside of a circle k gas station! There's even seating inside! Best tacos in the area I'm 100% about that
The first thing you know is that it's in a gas station. which in and of itself is not a bad thing, but the atmosphere lacks anything. mostly cook bites and take out. the food was good and what I got was tacos, and they were fairly priced, but I saw a lot of things on there very high price for a gas station place. However, It was very busy and I take that as a good sign that most things taste good.
Don't let the location fool you! (Inside a gas station store) the food and services were wonderful ???? 2 of us shared a fajita and a taco. Enough to satisfy 2 ....around $20...There were real flowers on the table....the onions and peppers in the fajitas were very nicely caramelized...the soft shell tacos were toasted and warm...
Nice sauce bar....I really didn't mind sitting inside a gas station store because the food was delicious (if I had to be picky on the food, the chicken could have been a tad bit more seasoned and marinated) and service was good.
If the good food holds up like this, we will be back....and thank you for the free soup ! ???? ????

I'm downgrading my reviews to 4 star...
The past few times we had food here, esp tacos, the chicken was flavorless, and rice and beans was too...
I hope they will improve because we like this place.
Amazing food! Love to eat the fajita when it's served hot and best Mexican food in the area and the spicy sauce(orange) is great. Although it's inside a gas station, we keep going due to the quality and taste of food.
Excellent scopes, tacos, and birrias. Tres leches were refreshing and perfectly sweet. Service was friendly and prompt.
Don't be fooled by the gas station setting. These are the best authentic Mexican tacos in the area. Very happy to have them in Frederick.
