I politely told the waitress there was hair by Food, and she proceeded to make faces and laugh at me. I was confused, she still tried to make me pay for the entire thing so she called her manager and then proceeded to laugh and lie saying I ordered less than what I was trying to get my food back for. She was on the phone the entire time she served me & proceeded to make fun of me until i left the building. It was weird, she said “it’s not hair it’s plastic” like it made it any better to be on my plate
Visited March 22, 2024. Meat was cooked too long (or perhaps it was old). Very dry. The person eating with me found a piece of beef in their chicken enchilada. We think it was cooked with my beef tacos. The queso was sour. I asked for large horchata with no ice. They gave me a medium full of ice. Then I asked for refill but remove the ice. They just gave me more. I was very embarrassed because it used to be a good place and I was excited to bring someone to try it.
Well I can actually say that I have found an amazing mexican gem in Dalton Georgia, where you can get some of the best authentic Mexican tacos and Huraches in the area. Not to mention the food is also very authentic! The dinning room is reminiscing of my travels to Mexico and the service staff and cooks are all very helpful and knowledgeable on all the menu items. I had 2 carnes asada and one chicken flour tortilla tacos. All 3 were super deliciosos...however my ABSOLUTELY FAVORITE Was the hurache with carne asada..these huaraches are served on a homemade fried masa dough topped with refried beans, with a variety of toppings including green salsa, onions, cilantro, lettuce, aguacato and then finished with magic... queso fresco and crema.... OH MY OH MY!!!
the combination of ingredients makes for a perfect dish!!! the steak meat was perfectly seasoned and oh soooo juicy!!! The chicken was they best seasoned to perfection and not dry. All three tacos are served with the traditional fresh cilantro and onion and a side of lime. As I think and write about them I want one!!!! Lol then I had the chicken stew, and steak with peepers lunch special which comes with tortillas, rice & refried beans. The stew chicken was savory just i felt a bit bland but still was very good. The steak n peppers... omg yes!!! It was perfecto! However, the rice and refried beans were bland and definitely something I can do without next time.

Not expensive at all
We are there this past Sunday morning. Did was delicious, authentic Mexican food from breakfast to dinners. To me it tasted like the tortillas were also homemade. Will definitely come back for more.
Worst service ever. My dad was eating his menudo and just found a metal cap in his food, When we told the waitress she told us we would not have to pay for the meal but proceeded to make us pay at the end. Would definitely not recommend i have never had such bad service in my life, waitress argued and argued with us when we were no we’re in the wrong when there was metal in my dads menudo.Bad food quality as well. DO BETTER.
Years ago this place was amazing. The food and even the atmosphere were great but here lately the food has been terrible. Ordered a gordita no cheese and asked politely for none to be added several times but they still ignored it and added it. Today I ordered fajitas and nothing was added to it and the sauces were spoiled. Thankful I didnt give the food to the person it was meant for.. someone could be get sick from this negligence. I won't be returning.
Amazing tacos! I had 2 asada, 2 pastor, and 2 chorizo tacos and they were all really good. Out of the 3 my favorite one was the asada tacos. I did find the chorizo tacos to be too greasy. The green salsa was the best of all the salsas they offered. Only downside is you can't get a cup of water they give you a bottle of water instead.
