There's 3 large picnic tables for seating and a pretty big parking lot in this area. I was able to order food pretty easily and was requested whether I wanted a to go order or if I was going to eat here. There's also additional seating nearby if someone wants to sit inside. After ordering, I was given one of those electronic items that would let me know when my order was ready. I was able to comfortably sit in my car while waiting for the order to be ready.
I received my food - 4 tacos- in about 10 minutes. There was a side of pickled carrots and limes. They were street tacos so they had the protein, raw onions, and shredded lettuce, but still could use a lot more flavor. I added the green and red sauce thinking it would help to no avail. The quality has decreased from the last time I went here.
Very good. 1st time. Usually go to Amigos down street. Also just get steak Tacos. My favorite. Was delicious, most places I go to don't have the hard Schell taco.. that's what I really would like. Order took like 5 min. That's was awsome. Guy said it would take 7 min. Yes I will go back. Went around 7/8pm. Will get try other food soon, 5 stars for ,time,quality,order taken. He understood English pretty good. Was happy and full belly. Thanks.

I have been dining here for years and will recommend this place and will continue to be a returning customer for years to come.
We ordered the Chicken soft tacos, to give it a try. We were so disappointed! The chicken was bland. I love carrots and onions but I had never had them in tacos, I don’t think they go well together. We are debating if we’ll go back or not.
I have always heard El Cazador was good and normally I go to a different place but it was closed today. So, today I tried El Cazador's for the first time. I had the tacos carnitas and I must say I was disappointed. The pork was extremely bland. Where was the flavor? The meat should be the star of the dish, not the vegetables one the side, i.e., the sliced carrots on the side. Then, they were served with these prepackaged sauce packets. Come on now. Really???Really?? Not sure if it was one of those "having a bad day" moments for the food truck, which I don't think any food establishment should have but we are all human. I may try it again...one day...but this wasn't a good first time.
In the area for work. Decided to eat here before I start heading back south. Ordered 4 Tripa tacos & a large horchata. Got my order and it felt unusually very light. Opened my order up and the tacos had very hard pieces of tripa and barely any meat on them. The taste was bland and only one thin lemon for 4 tacos. The Horchata was awful. Waste of $20. Would not recommend this place at all. Will not be coming back. Only positive thing I can say is their eating area and bathroom are very clean.
Casual, inexpensive, authentic Mexican food. I was told "you haven't been to Huntsville until you've been to the Taco Bus!" I wasn't disappointed.
I had birria tacos. They didn’t have any taste. My kids had steak quesadillas that they really enjoyed. It was $40 for my order, without drinks.
