I hate to do this here but there I could not find any other way to hopefully get this back to the manager or owner that can hopefully get this fixed. We have eaten here quite a bit over the years and have always liked it. Unfortunately, when we walked in tonight about 25 minutes before closing, the server working was extremely rude. The first words out of her month were "it's take out only now" to which my husband replied ok. There was a big group trying to pay and leave. One of the gentlemen said "why don't yall let them place their order" to the rest of his group. We then walked up to the counter and the service says to us "what do you want." She did not smile once and had a very rude tone. My husband then said "you know what nevermind." She looked completely clueless. I said "that's pretty rude." She said "what's rude." So I had to tell her she was. She still just blankly stared at me. When I explained that she probably should have at least asked "what can I get you," she just said sorry with the same rude tone. She apparently has no customer service skills at all. This may have ruined the place for us. We definitely won't be going back for awhile.
Every time we have gotten food from here it has always been amazing and full of flavor also great filling portion sizes they never leave you hungry.
Well the food was good the older waitress wasn't a good waitresses. Messed up my order.
Kinda took a long time just to get Tacos
My previous review was a solid 4 star. Went in tonight and they lost my business.
We eat here once a week or so. New girl behind the counter. They have about 25 or 30 minutes until close. We walk in she says take out only. We stop serving inside at 730... we're like that's fine..
And then she's very rude and says "what do you want" with anger in her voice.
Won't be back for a while and if she's there I'll leave again. No excuses for customer service this terrible. May 16, 2024.
Good place for Mexican food, and the price is not bad. Only thing was 2 if us ordered Fajitas and they came out but not on a sizzle plate. Little disappointed on that part.
Excellent food, medicare service. Maybe it's because we came in a little late and they were ready to be done for the day. But if that's the case- close earlier! Great food though
Great tacos! I was visiting Eureka from Texas and feeling homesick, this place was as good as what we have down south. Excellent place to stop and eat in the Show Me state
We got street tacos to go...very good. Green and Regular salsa taste awesome. Check your to go...we were missing shredded cheese... We will go back to sit and eat!
