3/2024 4* Love the food! Was excellent! Service was from Lexi, and she did everything with a bright smile. It is a bit noisy for me. I was only there for lunch, but can imagine it would be much louder at dinner time. We will probably be back. But only for lunches.
I had the Wagyu burger with goat cheese and it was cooked to perfection. The pickles were also amazing. I was pleasantly surprised that the Bulleit old-fashioned was only seven dollars, such a good deal! My servers name was Zach and he was amazing! Food, drink and service were all great, what more could you ask for?
Attended Palatine's The Great Chili Cook-off and have to say it was a blast. Eleven restaurants looking for 2024's Best Chili and Most Unique bragging rights. The Tap House Grill definitely prepared for the event with tables set off for service, judging as well as a full bar with plenty of tap beers. The Half Day Frozen Tundra on Tap was my favorite draft paired with cups of Chilis from the town's finest restaurants. The service was stellar, band entertaining and space well planned. Definitely looking forward to our return as we're eyeing the Mac N Cheese, Brisket sandwich, Wings and of course the Tap House Grill's lager chili.
Stopped in for a quick app and cocktail after work. Had the old fashion and cheese curds. The curds were very good. But the old fashion was just okay 5/10. The restaurant was super spacious and big. The bartender was great and made sure I was well attended too. Would try a different next time.
This place was great, really good food selection with a few unique options that really made this place stand out. The service was amazing. The waitresses were attentive and entertaining but not overbearing. Refilled my soda twice before it got below 1/4. It's not fine dining but the value puts it above other comparable places. The atmosphere was interesting enough without being too typical for a standard bar/grill. I'll definitely return when I'm back in the area.
Always packed. Hard to get a table. Local favorite. Great place to unwind. Service is really good. Great choice of drinks. Food choices are above average. Good value for the money. Step up from a typical bar/grill - better food - more upscale atmosphere.
This place has a large selection of beer. I had a Nashville hot chicken sandwich that was great. Good flavor and quality chicken. Sat at the bar and the bartender was excellent
Limited menu, but they customized my salmon order for a healthy amazing meal. The fish tacos are good as well. Nice to have healthy options besides burgers and fresh. Service was great and it was crowded. Kudos to the hostess waitstaff and chef! The cubs game was on the big screen so the guys were happy.
