I recently had the most amazing home warming experience at Tangles salon. From the moment I walked in, I could feel the positive energy and passion that radiated throughout the place. My stylist herself (Ms Donita) was an absolute gem - so genuine and attentive to my needs.
Not only did she listen to my hair goals and preferences, but she also went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and relaxed during the entire process. Her expertise and skill were truly evident as she transformed my hair into a work of art.
What truly stood out to me was her attention to detail and commitment to creating a personalized experience. She took the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring that I understood and felt confident in the choices being made. It was clear that she genuinely cared about my satisfaction and happiness.

I began coming to Tangles summer of 2023 when I moved to Baltimore. Donita is very cool, honest and professional. I usually get the blow out and I love how hair looks . My hair has volume and lasts awhile . She uses great product and has a good method to handling your hair type. I always come back.
Mrs. Tangles is THE BEST hands down. I have natural hair & my silk press is always flawless & silky omg I’m in love ???? make your appointment ladies/gents you will not be disappointed… very professional, clean & good vibes always!

1st she was so pleasant over the phone. The appointment was easy to make and she was a doll to meet in person. Now to the real business. Yes Ms.Donita knows how to style hair. She is very passionate about her skills. Very attentive to you requests. She is amazing.
So I've been looking for a natural stylist that could do everything cut, color, wash treat, style and do my design cause I'm extra. I had locs for 12 yrs so i needed someone that knew what they was doing. I w as referred to Donita @ Tangle hair salon from my best friend. When I got there she first helped make sure I had a parking spot by the shop. First before that I had been texting her thur out the night and she wasn't bothered at all by that.... ( she fit me in the next morning) Anyway she made me feel like family. She had two other clients but she gave us all our individual time working with all three of us like it was nothing. Once she got to work on me it was a wrap. She asked me what cut and color I wanted she explained to me the bleaching process and what I should expect. once the bleach has gotten to the blonde that I wanted she asked me if she could pick my pop of color I said yes and she did her thing. After I got all washed and rinsed I went over to her station and was already in love with not only my hair but her too.She didn't even style me yet and she was my new found love.. I walked out of there feeling like a million bucks. I had to call her not even 5 mins after leaving because ppl was already asking and beeping the horn trying to find out who did my hair.If your looking for a good professional stylist you better f%$# with Tangles hair salon cause she's the one one........
THE BEST hands down. Your hair will be laid to the Gods honey I promise you! I’m inlove with my hair! I always get the silk press & it’s always flawless! You will not be disappointed . Very professional & reasonable pricing . Great environment always clean & positive vibes!
First time here. Found Tangled on instagram. Absolutely loved the experience, the suite is aesthetically pleasing and my hair came out great. My hair is a lot more healthy after my visit.
