Best WLM Reviews

Location:
The restaurant is conveniently located for people commuting by public transportation. Just a short walk from the bus stop, past several auto body shops and random businesses, you'll find Tana Thai.
Tana Thai is a cozy restaurant with several tables. We were a party of four and were lucky to have the restaurant to ourselves before other customers arrived.
Service:
Pookie, the server was attentive and friendly.
Food:
For appetizers, we ordered vegetable dumplings, fried spring rolls, and papaya salad (all delicious, by the way.) For the entrees- the fish with garlic and pepper was mouth-watering - it was lightly battered and fried. The shrimp and chicken pad Thai were delicious and flavorful. Their Thai tea was good, sweet, and creamy.
As for the desserts, that is where they missed the mark. While the fried bananas were good and it's a popular Thai dessert, we also ordered the ricotta and pistachio cake and a chocolate temptation cake. Unfortunately, the ricotta and pistachio cake was hard and frozen and the chocolate cake was slightly frozen.
Overall, the food was quite good and the restaurant was worth the visit.
This little place is amazing. Food is great and delicious. My wife is picky and she loved the food. We got the chicken satay, crispy wings and pad Thai. I also got a cup of Thai iced tea which was super refreshing.
Love this place for both dine in and take out. The owner is so sweet and the food is always delicious and prepared to order! Highly recommend :)
Despite all the negative reviews on here.. if you want some traditional Thai food this is a great place to go. Small intimate, hostess always kind. I spent a month in Thailand and reminisce of the good food and good times. Tana Thai definitely restores some great feelings that I haven’t felt since, just with their food. I highly recommend.
Interesting meal. I thought the spring rolls were great the 1st time I bought and the porkchops ????. My recent order was ahhh at best. The porkchops were decent, the spring rolls were overcooked, as well as half my wings, and I know that sounds weird. Look at the photos. Half the wings are a dark, overcooked brown, and the others are a bright golden color. Doesn't make sense. Plus, the wings had way too much seasoning, making them doughy.
Great food, descent service. We were the only ones there. Atmosphere was cozy and warm.
Honestly one of the best Thai meals I've had in a while. My wife got the fish and said it was great.
I'd highly recommend this for a nice dinner date or if you're looking for a high quality exotic plate of authentic Thai food.
Bubble tea made an excellent dessert.
I usually order take out-- but not anymore after my experience.
1. The hostess had on her coat and it was cold outside.
2. When I asked for lemon/ lime with my water, I received old & limp looking lime.
3. A big pregnant roach was crawling near my plate. I was absolutely mortified-- I simple got up and left.
Definitely turned off from eating there.
Do not recommend take out. The menu says that they add more sauce so that the noodles don’t stick together, but they either don’t do it or that method doesn’t work. There’s a 1.50 convenience fee, which is unexplained, even though ordered via their own website.
Pad Thai wasn’t very good. Usually more volume makes up for quality, but wasn’t high volume either.
Maybe this place better to stay and eat inside.
