FANTASTIC customer service!!!! I needed 2 spring bolts, last minute, to put the rear end of my jeep back together and get it out of my daughters garage. I showed up at 5:00PM as they were locking the door for the day. They greeted me pleasantly, re-opened and got the bolts for me. Customer service like this is dying quickly in our society. It seems as if everyone is willing to post a review of something bad, but rarely when it is good. I appreciate these guys so much for what they did for me, and with a smile on their face. I would not hesitate to do business with this establishment. I do not believe you will be disappointed. Thank You for being the Real Deal Tampa Spring!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend their services because the alignment was not performed correctly. Despite the corrections, the steering wheel is still crooked. Additionally, my truck was treated very badly. It was scratched and dirty (new Peterbilt 2023). During the test drive, the engine oil temperature reached 240 (!!!) and fuel consumption was 6mpg (!!!), I don't even want to imagine how fast and violently someone drove it! Of course, the manager does not take my complaint into account and does not want to contact me with the company owner. I do not recommend !!!
Great Job on my Airstream Sprinter 3500. Diagnosed and fixed all the worn steering parts, alignment and wheel balance. No more vibrations coming thru the steering wheel and feels like it did the day I drove it off the lot. Thanks
Amanda, you’re outstanding! She went to great lengths to find my Airstream (unique) brake parts and drums and had her guys do a super job in one day. A.J., Angel, and several others interacted with me very professionally and personally saw to my concerns; like how to jack it up avoiding propane line etc. Gave me lowest cost on parts and labor. Picked up a steel belt breaking on a tire and replaced same trip! All in all an excellent find when we were on the road! Thank you all! (Bradenton branch, FL, 10/17/23)
Tampa Spring in Bradenton is great to do business with. They are efficient, respectful and honest. Their general manager John kept us completely up to date on our repairs and worked hard to insure a timely and complete repair that was well under their original estimate. Breath of fresh air when getting our motorhome repaired
Took my lifted 95 F150 here. Been to several shops for an alignment and could not get anyone to get my truck driving straight. Found this place and decided to give them a try. If they can work on tractor-trailers then they can work on I-beam fords. They changed a few parts and threw the truck on the rack. Called me at the end of the day and done. I picked up my truck, room it out on 301 and driving perfectly. Fantastic job fellas. 10 stars from me.
New leaf springs on the camper. Absolutely awesome and professional. Very knowledgeable and up front! Loved dealing with them, great quality and service. Just make sure you schedule an appointment in advance.
