Fast and easy service. Went in for tire balancing, Costco quoted $75 but I have to come early in the morning to get in line and they estimate to take 3 hours to finish, so I called up Tam Saigon Tire.
I was in and out out there for less than 30 minutes. Tiny bit wait but they were able to work on my car almost immediately. $15 per tire so it’s actually cheaper than Costco. I don’t know nothing about tire but my car doesn’t shake on the freeway anymore so I’d say it is balanced!
Fast service, friendly honest owner. Almost missed 3 hours of work just to balance my tires, thank god I found this place.
Oh yeah, the place is right behind the Arco, a bit hard to find; I actually missed it the first time and have to do a U turn.
Bad customer service and they don't even speak good English. I went there once to fix my tire and the problem still there !!! I came back and ask for help then they ignore. When i need to leave because they don't do anything , they said they won't take any responsibility if it get worse. Waste time and money . Do not go here. Go better place
they are very fast and efficient and much more flexible than larger chain tire stores.

they charge $30 for each tire to mount, if you bring in your own tire. $30 to do patch flat tire.
they are also Yokohama Tire dealer, so you can order Yokohama tire for you.
Don't go there. Period.
Bought 4 new tires from them, paid about $600, but the owner did not even put down the mileage warranty on the paper. I asked him why,he said he'll guarantee only 50k miles on it. Then I asked him to put it in writing,he still ignored my request!!!

When they raised the car up with the lift system caused these damaged . And pay no attention to perform the job. I will not cone back this repair shop any more. Mentioned to them this problem they answered they did not do it as argument. Thanks for that.
Hi. I got here right at 5 p.m. closing time. I had a flat tire. Tam came and his helpers. They went beyond the Call of Duty and they went to 2nd Mile. They fixed my flat tire and they got it all done and gave me a good price. I liked it so much I gave them a tip for the two helpers. Tam was very nice, polite and very helpful. I recommend. Cam-on. First time I came here for my tires installation. They charged only $15/tire for installation, balancing and rotation, which is cheaper than any place I went. Took me about 20 minutes. I'm happy for the service. This place is behind the ARCO gas station which you have to drive around and see it.
I went to this place to fix a tire that got a nail lodged in one of my wheels. They determined that there was no problem with my tire. Even so, they charged an excessive amount of money for just a tiny process that took about five minutes. Additionally, the quality of service was terrible! The lady who took my money was not at all courteous or respectful to me! The entire tire shop was unsanitary, filthy, and does not meet my standards of even an AVERAGE tire shop. This is the worst experience at the tire shop that I’ve ever been through! I heavily advise that you do not go to this tire shop. I do not recommend it.
