I would give a negative rating if I could. I came here for an oil change. They overfill my brand new Subaru engine with only 5.8k miles on it, by at least a quart. I am currently working out this mess. I wouldn't trust these guys to put windshield fluid in my car. This place sucks, I would trust Walmart with an oil change before them (and I would never go to Walmart) My guess is because of the over filled oil, it's causing it to come out of my oil filter. I started to smell burnt oil, popped my hood and saw the oil around my filter. Further analysis and a mechanic trip later confirmed that these guys over filled my oil. Thanks everyone at Tallmadge, outstanding service.
I have brought my car there several times and am always completely satisfied with the quick service and the honest and friendly staff/mechanics. I would highly recommend Talmadge tires to anyone, in fact, my daughters have started to bring their cars there.
My truck has been here 5 times in a 2 week period and they still can’t fix it. I bring it to someone else nearby and they fix it in 2 hours. I wouldn’t go to this business for anything besides mounting tires and that’s it! Times are already hard enough . They just make it harder. Stay away .
We had a flat on our travel trailer passing by on I 90. Road side service guy recommended Tallmadge Tire. We got 4 new tires on our trailer within no time. Great serviceman and speedy service. Thank you guy's.
My husband & I have been taking our vehicles at Tallmadge tire for @ 10 yrs while Scott was the general manager always great , work done in a very timely manner , then Todd came on board as the general manager @ 1yr & half .. what a nightmare he is !!! I had to take my car back 3 times for brakes , it was corrected when Scott intervened , then my husband had to take his pick up back 3 times ( in which he had to take 2 vacation days off ) until he spoke with Scott , third time was a charm his truck was great , then today 6 /8 /23 flat tire on husband truck , he called @ 7 am spoke with Todd .. Todd told my husband oh maybe @ 3pm it would be delivered, husband called @ 3:15 pm , Todd replied well it might be here between 4- 4:30 , play it by ear ? Does Todd not understand that we have jobs & vehicles are essential I don't understand that it takes days to get a tire for a pick up truck ????
We were towing our trailer today when we blew a tire. We called Todd and he was very accommodating. Great customer service. Highly recommend.
We called with a flat from the highway just before they closed. They stayed open to do a quick, quality repair for us. Excellent service!
Didn't pass inspection on a car due to new tint laws????.
