Very good service. Honest and quick. Good value for money. They did an oil change for me for $15 (bring your own oil and filter). I have also had a state inspection done here along with the free road trip inspection.
I had coupons they would not honor due to the coupons having "no barcode to scan" but yet I received them in the mail!? The only reason I came to Take 5 was for these coupons & the flyer. The manager did give me a discount since he couldn't honor them & was nice & very apologetic. It is not the employees fault at all but that of the corporation!!
I went in to get an oil change and vehicle inspection and they said they were done in about 3-5 minutes, tops. I questioned how they could possibly have done so quickly.
Was going on a trip within about a month, and went back for topping off of fluids. Said all was well, even though my husband had found the oil to be low. While on the trip my check engine light went on and was due to oil. I’ve kept meticulous care of my vehicles since I drive a lot, and have never had issues like this before. Wouldn’t recommend.
Do not take your car there. Took it in for a service. Noticed that they hadn't done the chassis lube. Took it back and asked them to do the chassis lube. They still missed most of the grease fittings, and the few that they managed to do were over greased and flung grease everywhere. Pic related. I got the impression that the guy doing the chassis lube was resentful of having to lube my chassis and deliberately over greased one fitting so that it would flung grease on to my catalytic converter and create smoke.
Not sure if they did a good job or not. It just seems too fast of service for it to all be done. I am sceptical. I really hope they changed out everything. ???
It took 45 minutes to get a inspection. Staff is friendly
Good service. They are knowledgeable if you have questions.
