Visited this salon from Ohio and I was very impressed with not only the customer service but the quality of work. My braids came out so nice and neat and was exactly like I asked. My braider(I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name!) was quick, the shop was very relaxing and comfortable. The free WiFi and water was definitely a plus. Thanks for doing such a great job! I will be sure to come back next time I visit Michigan.
Waste of time! They only have certain branders for certain styles . Sat over an hr to wait for someone to braided ponytail & still wants serviced. Won’t be back & the man owner is RUDE
Ask for box shape braids n got whatever shaped braids with 1 braid that came out it hasn’t been a week yet, I contacted the only number I had to send photos n texts of the problem with no response, it’s a shame just bcuz u can’t see the back they will play in your head n make the shapes & braids bigger, bein that I’ve been to their shop before n didn’t have a problem but now at this new shop they rushed on my head, so unprofessional not neat what so ever, I jus happened to be home n took pics of my hair & was very disappointed, I hope I can post the photos I do not recommend anyone go there smh just straight up pitiful !! Ain’t never gotta worry bout me comin back !
I’ve been going to this shop since I was a little girl and when I say it’s the best I mean it. They work fast, very kind , and reasonable pricing. I recommend people who have trouble with growing your hair because they have growing hands.
THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO BRAID‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️They do not know how to do knotless. You ask for knotless they do box braids and charge you knotless prices. My braids were thin, fragile, frizzy, crooked parts and braids all different sizes they don’t braid the hair all the way down, the next day my ends were nappy and curled up. They make you pay while you in the chair otherwise I wouldn’t have gave them anything and made them take the sh!t out! One of the worst experiences in my life, I’ve never had a bad experience at any other African shop. I reported them already and is in the process of getting my $230 back!!!!
Well to start was happy to be able to come after 5pm on a weekday! The lady who braided my hair was more than accommodating! Nice clean shop, Good wifi service lol, caught up on my favorite shows while being braided w/no interruptions other than to ask did I want a bottle or 2 of water. First time but definitely not last!.Don't normally even think to make reviews but I had to! I asked for small knotless and that's what I got! So neat, no pain (and I'm tender headed lol)
Love that they actually have a variety of hair and colors to choose from! I paid $220 and it was well worth it!
They were very nice and professional I will go back again
Been goin here for a couple years now they are great and the braids are neat
