Maggie offered the best customer service and food our family of four (two teens) could have asked for!
The burgers were juicy and delicious with fresh fixin's. The fries were crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. Everything was served hot off the grill! Except for the ice cream chocolate shake, which was apparently so tasty, my son offered none of it to me. ;)

December Update: open, but no veggie burgers. Sides OK.
Oct 8, Hours posted do not match reality. Closed and laughing staff inside at 7:02pm. Open sign on, doors locked... But they post they're open until 8pm?
Unsure if I'll return, but I'll revise this review if they're open when they say they're open and the food is halfway edible.
Delicious burgers! Regular fries were a bit dry and seemed a little stale. But curly fries were great. You have to grab yourself a burger here at least once.
I don’t think it was a special burger but it was good. Also, their french fries are tasty.
Super super slow service (like a sloth)! Burger had no flavor and cold. I think it sat there for a while. Food came out 1 item at a time and there was no one there when we ordered and it took them 5 min to come over to take our order and 15 to 20+ min to make it. The people that came after us got 1/2 their food 1st. Very disappointing after a long drive up the mountain.
It would have been 5 stars, but I feel they are overpriced. But eith that being said, I didn't mind paying it in the end because everything we ordered was SO DELICIOUS. I got a cheeseburger and my husband got the Tahoe Burger. They were perfection. Seasoned perfectly, cooked perfectly, and fresh toppings. The fries were amazing as well. Crisp and fluffy. And we got a strawberry milkshake as well and it was so thick, creamy, and full of real strawberries. These were perfect burgers and we were really impressed by their food. Service and price we weren't crazy about though.
We come here every time we visit Lake Tahoe. Great food, shakes & malts are THE BEST! Prices are a little high for a burger place but what can I say. It's a tradition we started years ago!
Meh. Nothing special, same fast food you'd get at Carl's Jr. Staff really needs to up their game, they are nice but really out of it. Just a mediocre burger spot, only special thing is the outdoor patio but they don't even wipe off the tables so it's pretty gross out there. Skip it and you won't miss anything.
