We enjoy the food and have for literally decades. This is the closest location to where we live, so drive two cities over to eat at Taco Time. It is fast food but cooked to order and always tastes good. The staff is well trained and friendly. The dining area is always kept clean. We often order the same menu items and haven't been disappointed. Our fans are the cheesy tots, crisp burritos, and soft tacos. The seasonal empanadas are great too.
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! this is the second time I've come here (about a month apart), and it is just the effing worst. They literally WATER DOWN THE RANCH, it's so bland, watery and gross. The 'crispy' pinto beans were mushy, again. They gave me regular tots instead of the fancy stuffed/filled ones I ordered. And apparently they don't honor the specials that other locations do. Seriously, just take the extra four minutes to go to another location. I have loved taco time since I was a child, and this one flat out suxxx apparently.
Came through the drive thru tonight and when she repeated the order back to me I realized it wasn't right. I repeated it again and she was annoyed when I asked if she could repeated it back to me one more time to double check the order. When I got home I realized the order was wrong so I had to come back and have them fix it. Not a huge deal. The three lady's were so rude though and started talking bad about me to each other while the window was still open. I apologized and asked if they needed my receipt because I still had it with me. She walked towards the window with her back towards me totally ignoring me and closed it while continuing to saying rude things. I could hear everything with the window closed. I will be driving to a further location from now on because of the terrible customer service I experienced tonight.
The employees here are so disrespectful and rude. The drive through kid told his coworkers that he wasn’t going to give us any sauces because we asked for one of each. He did not give us any sauce. And to the drive through boy in the denim Sherpa jacket: the window isn’t sound proof. I’m not a Karen but he was so rude
Food was better than expected, crisp burritos and stuffed mexi-fries is what I got. Big thanks to Julian for the excellent service and positive attitude, he deserves recognition.
I ordered 3 soft tacos with no tomatoes on them. I do this so I get freshly made tacos. Instead I received 3 soft tacos all with tomatoes and all ice cold by the time I got home. So I got 3 tacos made sometime well before I arrived and ordered them.
I can't remember the last time I received hot Mexi fries here, they are always cold. Today I ordered a crisp bean n cheese and a crisp chicken. The crisp chicken was just straight dry chicken no cream or green chilies. The crisp bean was just beans no cheese.
I forgot how good those crisp tacos are I will be returning very soon!
