I came to try this Mexican restaurant and I really liked it. It is open 24 hours a day which is a plus. I ordered the Mango Ceviche and it was amazing. I have tried many ceviches from many places but of course this is a top pick for me in the USA. Their tortas are also great, definitely a must try. The atmosphere is nice and friendly.

This restaurant is new and is a disturbance to this neighborhood. The level of loudness coming from there is beyond what I can bare. It's like they're right in my living room. I have kids as well and they're finding it very hard to go to sleep.

I understand it's a weekend but they're not a night club and are in violation of city noise ordinance. I took will be reporting this establishment to the city of Visalia on Monday and so will my other neighbors.

They need to sound proof their building of they plan to have events on weekends they don't have a right to disturb the peace. All walls are supposed to be sound proofed so as to not bother surrounding businesses or residents nearby. This includes your front door. It's as if the door is wide open even when it's closed. That's how loud it is. Please turn the music off by 11pm. That is in fact the law. 11pm is cutoff. This is a quiet neighborhood. Please respect us.

My family and I are big fans of Chalio's. We've been going to the Hanford location for a while, and more recently have tried the Tulare location. Chalio's specialty is carnitas. As a son of a carnitas maker from Michoacan, they do them right. BEST carnitas in Central California. I was excited to see them open up a location in Visalia; they have several throughout the CV. Try them in a taco or a burrito. Don't mind the loud chopping, it's delicious pork and other meats being prepared for service like a legit taco place does. Enjoy!

Terrible service! Rude staff, no one wanted to take my order and when she did, she was extremely rude and seemed agitated. When I received my order, it was super messy, food was stale, and multiple items were missing! All that even after tipping %15. Never going again.

I WENT ON 3.3.2024 Saturday Afrernoon The cashier was Rude they need to Re train her with Basic customer service skills you can tell she don't want to be there and hates her work at least pretend to like it its not my fault you have to work on a Saturday ! I waited 20 minutes only me in line just to order even though she pass by me like over 10 times looking at me all mad and I was standing there obviously looking around I was taking out it wasn't until she seen 2 more people enter and wait behind me that she finally help me I also waited another 20 minutes for my food the cook man is very slow

For a small meal. Food was Basic Average soggy 3 tortas and half a pound chicharon for for 37 dollars . It was also filthy in there waiting for my food I even saw one tiny roach next to the Entrance door I will not be going to this mexican restaurant ever again I will try others in the area since mooney is filled with alot better options restaurants .Don't waste your money and time .To bad me and my wife were regulars customer I don't need to spend at a business that doesn't appreciate my business !

Absolutely disrespectful restaurant coming to our neighborhood and blaring their music so loud it's waking up our kids. I've reported them to the police the city and the leasing group. Keep it up and you'll be finding a new location. Watch and see! Shut your music off after midnight or face the consequences. This is not how you gain the favor of the neighborhood. You're disrespectful playing loud music all night long. We can all hear it and we all HATE IT. I'll be reporting you again tomorrow because it's now almost 1am and you're still at it. You'll learn your lesson by Monday. Violation California law and face the consequences. Period!

Literally just came from there. Had some tacos. They ok but kinda bland. Place is loud as f u basically have to scream ur order and ur table is vibrating from the speaker. If u like taco trucks inside a building then this place exactly that. Not a restaurant at all.

I'd go back for a beer on a weekend though if I'm bored. Might not though. We will see. I'll bring ear plugs this time.
