Best WLM Reviews
All in all pretty good but just a couple minor things made me remove a star.
I ordered 4 tacos, $2 each and $3 for the tripa. They also threw in a small tostada with beans and grilled onions.
Tripa was pretty good especially since I got it extra crispy. They kind of made it too crunchy though so next time I’ll just get the normal tripa without extra crispy.
Al Pastor was good, but they don’t serve it with a piece of pineapple here.
Buche was not that good. It was kind of rubbery and flavorless.
Cabeza had a nice soft melt in your mouth texture, but the flavor was also lacking.
Pretty good over all, tastes amazing. Everything was reasonably priced I got 6 Al Pastor tacos and a quesadilla with Al pastor, this place did not disappoint. 9/10 :)
Cool place open late. Tacos real authentic tacos .. delicious will go back when m the area. Priced very well. Food tastes great. Fast service good people

If you’re craving for some authentic and mouthwatering Mexican food, you need to check out Taqueria Ayutla Oaxaca! This food truck is a hidden gem in Santa Ana, serving up the best tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and more. You can choose from a variety of meats, such as al pastor, carne asada, chicken, buche, and tripa, but my personal favorite is the lengua. The lengua is tender,. The burritos are huge and stuffed with rice, beans, cheese, salsa, and your choice of meat!
Taqueria Ayutla Oaxaca is open from 7 pm to 2 am (or 3 am on weekends), so it’s perfect for a late-night snack or a satisfying meal after a long day.
The service is fast and friendly, and the prices are very reasonable
I've been going here for over 4 years. Quality still remains, price did go up over time. At this time when this review is written (11/2021), taco is 1.75. Actually, I wasn't correct to say qualify did not change over time - their el pastor did remain great but buche and lengua have gone down a little bit. Their quesadilla is thick, loaded with cheese and meat, top with onion if you desire - my all time favorite! They also have a variety of drinks, Mexican soda, horchata (I might have misspelled) are all good. Another awesome thing - their topping station: chopped onion and cilantro, lemon wedges, thin sliced radish, and 3 types of salsa always available, grab as much as you need!
I'm so glad they actually have a google address now so people can review and come to them without making a mistake and end up with one of the other copycat trucks.
They still don't have seatings, which makes it awesome as always - the night munches, sitting on the sidewalk, standing near your car, standing anywhere and eating tacos - the real "street food" lol - just awesome!
Food wasn't too bad. Personally, the lengua and cabeza tacos I got did not have as much seasoning/salt to it. Asada tacos were ok. Tripa Taco was good. Red sauce and guacamole sauce were great for me. Burritos were a bit smaller than expected, but maybe that's just inflation kicking in. The older lady helping me with my order was nice and patient. Overall, i wouldn't mind giving this place another try.
This place is cash only. There's usually a large crowd but dont be fooled there very FAST. Tacos are cheap i believe most meats are $1.50 except tripa. Tacos are medium sized. Yellow tortilla. Tortilla us a little on the crunchy side. Can sodas are $1.The tacos are plain but they give you a side of grilled onions and a bean taco for FREE with your order! they have a salsa bar as well. Im rating this place 5 stars because the meat is good , and customer service was good however tortilla was a little cold and crunchy. Positive is that there open late and there very fast and its cheap.
Stopped here randomly on our way back to our hotel and it did not disappoint! No line when I went at 9pm and food was fresh and delicious! We will be going back before we leave Cali. The carne asada tacos were my favorite and lots of meat in my tacos. $2 each well worth it. Bring cash. Customer service was great too very nice people.
