The pork tamale was very hard and dry, and probably has been sitting too long, but thankfully the chicken quesadilla were good.
Im an out of towner, asked a few local people where to get a good taco. Amazing suggestion. Tucked away in an outlet mall is crazy. Great quality meat, delicious seasonings and adding your own toppings to the tacos is genius. And the guys in the stand were really nice to everyone who came up and ordered.

Pretty sure this is a family business. We got the cheese quesadilla and pineapple taco with a jarritos. Everything was top notch. The green salsa was some of the best I've had. The red salsa was some of the best I've had. The chipotle mayo was some of the best I've had. The quesadilla was the perfect size. The taco was loaded. Everything tasted amazing. The quesadilla was only 5$. The taco was like 3$. It was so cheap. You simply will not find a more nutritious, filling, and better tasting meal at this price point. Would like them to expand in LA. Will definitely come back if I'm in the area, even if I'm not going to the outlets.
Oh, also, so many selections of sauces; we chose 3 but they have 6 with an additional 3 hot sauces. The service was pretty much as good as you could get. Everybody was so nice and accommodating. The food came out fast as well. I would give this place 10 stars if it was on a 10 point scale.
Man...where do I begin. Let's start with Thursday lunch. The menu is simple and easy. We ordered an array of items for our family... Some chicken tacos, some carne asada tacos, a chorizo burrito, some rice and beans and a chicken quesadilla a carne asada quesadilla. I know that's a lot. But we were hungry. ????
Anyway, the food came out quick and hot. We were given some yummy salsa options (another plus). The food was ????. So so good.... everything was delicious. ????
And not only was the food great but the service was amazing. He asked if our food could be photographed for a promo, which we said yes to. He then quickly came out and gave us some agua fresca (Pinappple & Watermelon) which were also yummy.
Lastly, he topped us off with their fried Oreo.
OMG THIS PLACE IS A TACO MUST IF YOU ARE IN THE CARLSBAD AREA.
Truly an OASIS amidst shopping at the Carlsbad Outlets. I was starving but resisted eating, knowing we had dinner ahead. This place appeared out of nowhere, surprising me with the aroma of its tacos. I settled for Nachos with Jalapeño just to curb my hunger. The girl at the counter was ????, serving my nachos in less than a minute, loaded with jalapeños.
To top it off, they have a salsa bar. I tried the green one! Tasted my nachos, and they were good! People waiting for tacos mentioned they came for the smell, and yes, the tacos were superb!
Normal prices and excellent service.
I must return to try the tacos and tamales.
They also have deep-fried Oreo cookies, just like at the fair!
Customer service was amazing!! Everyone is so sweet! I had the carne asada tacos and fried Oreos....so freakin good!!
excellent customer service, food 10/10, wait time 5 mins, literally the best authentic mexican food you can get in this area. highly recommend. no exaggeration. also get the chicken quesadilla!!! best thing on the menu
