Great little spot open on the weekends. Fast, friendly, and reasonably-priced. They have both corn and flour tortilla. Tried this twice. Tried all the meats. The pork is king, followed by the steak.

They ran out of birria last weekend as they closed on Mothers Day. Came back this Friday to try the birria. Did not disappoint. Cash only.

Good little food truck parked on the side of a building. Easy to see from the street and has tables you can sit at. Pastor tacos were great. Birria was a little lacking in flavor but overall good.

I am always wary of food trucks, but this one was exceptionally clean and the food was amazing. They also have a nice little outdoor seating area that’s covered for those hot summer days. Highly recommend.

I literally would never trust a food truck in my life . My friend wanted to go here bc everything was closed last week . The food and staff were wonderful . I came back this week as well . The prices are unbeatable. The lines are long and you know that means fresh . I will definitely be coming back. The tacos , Elote and tortas are amazing

A little taco truck on the side of the road in downtown Palmetto. Quesa birrias were delicious imo. The meat was flavorful and tender. The cheese was yummy and not gooey or hard like some others we have tried. They had the crunch that others have missed. So good! The man was super nice also!

Delicious food hands down the best in town. The only bad thing about it is that it takes a long time to get your food, and yes, it gets very packed with people. Overall the best place to go get your tacos.
