The asada tacos and burritos here are delicious for a bite to grab. this place has been my go-to spot since 2021 since i moved out here to Ontario.
however, i feel the taste has gone down a bit, slightly after 2023. i remember it tasting it so much better, way before! but nowadays, it's pretty alright. whoever was doing the cooking from 2021-2022, tell them to come back, please
First time. And last time. Tacos. The meat really drye. I asked for. Al pastor. Those tacos were nuthing al pastor. Really drye old meat. Carne asada. Drye old meat. Chicken. Ummm ok. But there simple tacos. Then u ask. For salsas. Rude lady. Never never again. Tamazulas. On holt. Or. Los 2potrillos. On holt and central. Or tacos juanito. On euclid. But here never again.
They have eggs they have carne asada yet you cant buy a carne asada breakfast burrito. Must be new management because last year you could buy a carne asada breakfast burrito with no problem. But not worry plenty of other local spots like Andy’s burger or king taco.
Great local taco and torta place. In a region inundated with Mexican food options, this place stands out. The three tacos and a soda for $5 is the best lunch deal around. The place is clean and comfortable, but clearly a quick eats place-not where you would take a date, for instance. The strength of the menu is the meats. The variety of choices is wide and the quality high. Other than the tacos, my fave on the menu is the very tasty torta Cubana. The meals don't come with any side like rice and beans or chips. This seems weird at first but you realize you don't need them. I do stay away from their burritos though as the added ingredients like rice is not their strong suit.
It's been almost 2 years I been going to this restaurant and only been disappointed once do to the beans having to much fat or lard in them.
I see they updated the menu board and added new food items. I will keep coming back until I find a better place in upland/Ontario on my way to work.
Nice & very Clean friendly service. Great little Taco spot. All the food is good. Ithas become one of my Ontario Favorites
The staff was friendly and gave salsas liberally. I had ordered two al pastor tacos and a carne asada torta. The meat wasn’t chewy or dry but lacked flavor. The salsas were bland. The flavors in the meal were just over all mediocre in my opinion. Maybe the meat was too lean. At the very least the torta had some decent lettuce and avocados on them.
