Really good tacos and burritos in San Diego! ????
I only tried the tacos de adobada and mulita de birria. Both stuffed with juicy meat, onion, cilantro, etc. Mini salsa bar with lime and radish, and sodas on ice. Nice taqueros and little seating area, and you're all set to enjoy right there in the shade.
I (unfortunately) moved away from Chula Vista in 2009 to Riverside county. Finding good Mexican food is rare up there so when I come down to visit, I'm sure to hit up my favorite places. Today, my mom asked me if I wanted a good raspado. Well, of course I do!
She brought me here and said it's one of her new favorite places. My niece was with us, as well, and we all got a taco. I got birria, my mom got cabeza and my niece got adobado. OMG! It hit my taco craving spot and I cannot wait to be back. They are not stingy with their meat and the young guy that took our order was super friendly.
All of the tacos were good, the salsa selection was perfect and my chamoy y mango raspado is a must have. Seating is limited on a busy day (I imagine) and don't expect a quiet meal being that the freeway on ramp is right next to you. When the food is good, I don't mind. I grew up with a loud family so that helps, too.
This spot is a hidden treasure tucked away food truck. The food is almost on par with the TJ tacos there is little to no difference in taste. Service is fast and friendly. By far better then any taco establishment out there.
Had some of the best carne Asada and adobada tacos I’ve had in a while. The seating area was clean and the service was awesome! Thank goodness they have more than one way to pay credit card/ cash. The price was good for all that we got.
Tacos were good, they gave free consome. Goes great with food specially now that is cold. I always come back???? not sure if they are the same tacos as years ago but they don't seem to disappoint me lol ????????
Well for starters if you can't read Spanish you will not know what you are ordering. Luckily I have a boyfriend that does. There are no prices listed on menu! For $2.50 each these tacos are not worth it.
I got carne and the meat on its own... Yummy with tortilla... All I taste is grease!
Abodala tacos my bf got said we're good but small
Great carne asada tacos and cabeza, al pastor, ???? ???? good service and prices are reasonable.. Located out the 805 on L st telegraph canyon road..
