Best WLM Reviews

This place is fantastic for authentic Mexican street tacos. I got three tacos (Gringo, tacos Tijuana and tacos de camaron), with an auguas Frescas for my drink. The tacos are all fantastic, but the Tacos de Cameron was hands down my favorite of the three. The agauas Frescas was a refreshing sweet cucumber drink and paired perfectly with the tacos I got! One of the better taco food truck's I've been to in the Beaverton/Hillsboro area!
I ordered delivery, so maybe they just don't care about their delivery orders, since I can't do much about it, but I ordered three street tacos. They were put together so poorly. One of the tacos only had two pieces of meat in it. The taste was awful. It was so disappointing. I won't be ordering here again. Not when there are so many other great taco trucks out there.
Tried this for the first time based on friends recommendation. We tried a couple things and all of them had the same issues. Bland and dry. The tacos were very small and the Al pastor was very dry. Floutas weren’t full, chicken was dry and bland. El patron fries were what we were most excited about and they were unfortunately bland and the asada was dry. I’m so so sad, I wanted to love it but there are much better taco trucks around.
I heard a lot of hype about this place, but was left very disappointed. The asada meat was incredibly dry and flavorless. The only saving grace was the consommé which was very flavorful and made the dry tacos edible. So much better options for birria up the street.

Awesome breakfast burritos! And your salsa is great as well. Need to talk you into selling me some Verde.
All of the meat was great (especially the chorizo), no gristle or fat chunks. Red potatoes and very fresh ingredients. The fillings were mixed just enough. (Nobody likes the bites of a breakfast burrito that are only dry potato) you nailed it!
We'll definitely be back soon.
-salud!
PS: I'll get more pictures next time, the food was gone before I could think about it this morning.
I love coming to this place for their birria! They have a variety of meat options and their salsas are good (my favorite is the orange/red one [very spicy]). They play music and have cover from the rain with 2 standing heaters which makes the atmosphere very nice. I will continue to invest my money here, and not give it to major corporations. This place is so good I had to give it a review ????. Excellent customer service as well.
No fuss food truck on TV hwy, parking space available, there were 3 other customers when we arrived for lunch hour in Jan 2020. Enjoyed the consommé! We tried the birria too, but think we would want them on a soft taco shell instead of hard shell. Next time will try their normal tacos!
We really liked their Quekas with carnitas and the Taco de Camaron (seafood taco) and Tijuana style taco with Al Pastor.
Covered outdoor seating available
Probably some of the best Mexican food I've had in a casual establishment. First, the birria and consome are awesome. Tons of flavor and the consome was so rich and flavorful, it stuck in my mind for several days afterwards. And their tacos were excellent too - carnitas were grilled to perfection with a slight crunch and great flavor. Also tried the al pastor taco and that was top notch also. Another standout was the mulitas, which is Luke a taco tortilla sandwich - super tasty and much more fillings per bite than a taco. Parking is plentiful, noise from TV Hwy was tolerable with music , picnic benches and planters. Also nice that they put up fabric to shade the seating area.
