Nestled in the bustling corner of Esplanade and E Lassen, this hidden gem of a food truck offers a tantalizing experience for taco enthusiasts. With swift and friendly service, ordering from this local eatery is a breeze. I opted for their taco plate, a steal at 5 for $7. Each taco was a flavor explosion, packed with savory goodness. I’ve only had the tacos from here but i’m sure everything is just as good or even better!!
While I usually pass on the extra veggies, the onions served on the side were irresistible. Their crispness and subtle sweetness complemented the savory meat perfectly, adding an extra layer of texture and flavor to each bite. It was a delightful surprise that left me craving more.
The quality of the food combined with the affordable prices makes this food truck a must-visit for any taco aficionado. I found myself planning my next visit before I had even finished my meal. With such a satisfying experience, I have no doubt that I'll be returning very soon.

SO GOOD! They never disappoint! I dream about the food, it's so good. The tacos! The burritos! The birria egg rolls! Birria ramen! And the staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. One of my favorite places in town. By far.

I have to say I was definitely impressed with their Nachos. They were phenomenal and super delicious! I also enjoyed their Birria Tacos as well. I was pleasantly surprised and most definitely satisfied. ????
P.s. As someone who would rather Doordash, I was happy you were able to customize your order as most Mexican Restaurants on Doordash do not let you customize your order.
I ordered QuesaBirria from this place when I was in Town. I must say it did not disappoint. The Birrias were sooooooo good. Definitely coming back here whenever I'm visiting again.
If you want the worst Mexican food in town come here. The pictures made it look good, but was totally DECEIVED. I ordered a crispy chicken taco and the shell was a hard shell from Taco Bell. The taco had no meat and was full of lettuce. I asked for extra limes and was given no limes. The quesadilla was $6 for a greasy tortilla with no cheese and the churro had no sugar on it. Spent $4 for chips and salsa. They inspected the receipt for a tip and because I'm broke and they already over charged I did not tip, so I think that's why it was horrible.
Love their burritos and tacos the flavor is amazing. Always happy they have horchata!????????????
Always good food. Always prompt. Comfortable to eat there. The food can be inconsistent. Kind of makes us smile as you are never really sure what twist you will get however it’s always a good twist. The only complaint is it’s not hot enough. (We often warm it up before eating it.) This is one of our favorite local taco trucks and we are obviously not alone.
One of the cheapest taco food truck around town. They got FB deals off their foods. Food are delicious, not too dry or salty or over cook. 3rd time there so far. Very friendly staffs, the ordering guy always make funny comments on the microphone. Great parking. Not too busy.
