Best tacos I've ever had ! Definitely worth trying! Very friendly customer service.
My husband and I are on our honeymoon and we had no idea what kind of food we wanted. We found this truck through google. We’re from Texas and they have great tacos so we were a bit iffy about trying this truck BUT let me tell you…THIS IS AN AMAZING TACO TRUCK. They were attentive and fast. It was not busy so it was quick. We got the Asada Quesadilla, Birria Tacos, 2 Carnita Tacos, and 2 Asada Tacos. Everything was made fresh, the green salsa was very good & it brought all the food together ???? We also got 2 Coca Colas, and 2 churros. The price isn’t bad either consider all the food we got ???? Highly recommend! It was a great meal and we absolutely devoured it.
Update 11/11/23: Been here 3 more times since I posted this and it is a solid 10. The tacos de asada and tacos Al pastor are so flavorful. Tried a few tacos around the springs and these are by far the best.
El Señor Cruz is super humble and loves to serve his community with great tacos. Muchas Gracias!!

I don't always post a review unless something makes me. The al pastor burrito at this taco truck Green sauce was bomb AF. The quesabirria tacos are amazing and something kind of rare and hard to find up here and these are done really good.
If you don't know quesabirria is slow cooked stew meat and broth and mixed up with cheese when serving on a hard shell usually fried tortilla then served with onion and cilantro. It's fire and these guys do it well.
The young guy up front was friendly and the taco truck was very clean and lit up brightly. The immediate area can be a bit grungy looking at night due to its location near the freeway and it's positioning on the frontage road sometimes makes for awkward parking, but it is usually open and brightly lit even at night.
Out of all food I've reviewed from here in the springs across the US this can hold its own out there as really good authentic Mexican food. If you could choose only one thing, as of me writing this I would choose 2-3 of the Quesabirria tacos. They're decent sized and really good.
It gets the 5 stars due to its hours, most trucks and food in general that's not McDonald's or similar shuts down in this town at or around sunset, but being able to come here a little after dark and get some great food is really nice.
So fresh and delicious, tons of options like most trucks but the green salsa is amazing! Spicy and flavorful! I loved it so much I came 2 days in a row!
We love El Korita! They are the best Mexican food truck in town hands down. It always hits the spot especially coming from California and being very picky when it comes to Mexican food. My husband always asks for his tripa extra crispy and they never fail at making it crispy and still keeping it savory. We come back quite often and are regular customers and they are always very kind. Definitely recommended!
Best nachos I have ever had. They were set up at a resource fair. I will track them down for my next order of nachos.
Great Steak Tacos. Carnitas a little over done. I would come here for steak tacos every weekend. I’m a picky eater from Chicago’s great food. Eat here
