Burritos here are top notch. Don't be afraid to pay them a visit! And if you like heat, go ahead and try the red sauce (at your own risk)? I learned my lesson the first time.
Our households favorite taco truck in the area. The tacos and burritos are a little skimp occasionally depending on who’s working, but the food is consistently good.
Be warned though, the salsa is HOT! Damn good though.
They also have verde if you want another sauce option.
Edit: years later it's still legit. They also now take debit and credit.
I’ve been coming here for over a decade and the last few times I came they barely put any meat and sometimes I pay for the extra meat and still just hella rice and beans. I ask for light beans because they over do it with the beans. I’m very disappointed when eating my burrito. I tell myself I won’t be back but then I come back thinking it’ll be different but nope disappointed again. I know food is expensive but that’s why the prices are higher please give us customers what we pay for.

Best taco truck in the area. Salsa is sooooo good. Gotta order the super burrito with asada, and Al pastor tacos. Amazing.
The tortilla had the most amazing flavor. The tacos were amazing. Thought these looked greasy but holy guacamole, so freaking good. Got one of each. Have to say the pork was best imo. On the same road just further down next to don Pedro's hotel.
Had the asada tacos vary tasty and not dried out for sure one of the better taco trucks in Salida
Fire.
I always judge a taco truck by the asada they use.
If you're going to get the worst cut of meat to make asada, I won't waste my time on the rest of your food.
The asada they use is good. Flavorful and delicious. The pastor was good too.
