The good: Friendly service, simple menu, great food--our group had a torta, enchiladas, and quesadilla. All were delicious. See pics.
The not so great: We moved to a table from the booths because the seats and tables were sticky, our drinks were never refilled nor were we checked on after being served (we found water ourselves), Mexican rap from the kitchen seemed like it was more for the cook than for the patrons.
Bottom line: I'd go back for the food, but nothing else.
I had the alambre, not sure if that's spelled correctly. It was fantastic. Good portions, great quality in the food, and the texture of it was great! The lingering of spicy after having a few bites was a great feeling. I would highly recommend.

This place is a hole in the wall, but some of the best Mexican food I have ever had. This place is a must try!
I been having wack tacos lately and taco are my favorite food so I tho I give them a tried, let me tell you I should have been here earlier would save me the disappointment. They make their tacos out of love.
Pretty good. No frills, made to order, burrito is enough for 1.5-2.0 meals. Steak is cooked well, almost too well, and could have used a little more salt. Note to self, no lettuce in the burrito.
It's hard to tell from the outside, but this is a real hidden gem here in Grand Rapids. Hands down the best Mexican food in my opinion.

It looked like they were remodeling, because there were just construction stuff and building materials lying around.
