Really well-made food, and unique flavors that don't just copycat other food trucks. My only real complaint is that when they re-drew a neater looking menu for the outside of the truck, they left off the descriptions of what is in the differently named items.
Around the 3rd or 4th "what's in the ______", the lady taking your order starts rolling her eyes at you. NEWSFLASH: if you don't want me wasting your time asking what's in the items, put the descriptions back up!
I will make the extra drive to come here again!
I have never been here before I live in Redding but saw it a took a chance. I tried the carne asada fries and the carne asada burrito supreme. No I have tried a lot of different and my husband has and my granddaughter has a carne asada fries were different places none of them have even come close to how good these were the meat and everything had amazing flavor but it also had more than just one little half one and a half layer of fries and there was different cheeses throughout all fries absolutely amazing and the burrito was so big it was busting out of the tin foil and it was amazing too.
I make it a point to come here whenever I visit my mother back in Red Bluff. I’ve flown from Korea and Hawaii, half of which was to get this food truck again - aside from seeing my family. The food is THAT good. Their fish tacos are the perfect crispy portion on each serving and the burritos are ridiculously delicious filled with food coma-inducing goodness.
They have thee BEST hot Cheetos burrito! The elote in a cup is a regular fav of mine too (always seem to get more than when it’s on the cob) I absolutely LOVE the shrimp tacos too! Every time they have a different special posted I have to try it because if it’s like everything else I’m going to fully enjoy it. The staff members have always taken very good care of me and those with me and always with a smile on their face - never one time a bad experience.
If you're white you'll love this spot! Super bland and down right dusting. Gotta love for Cheetos welp that's their main thing here. If you're looking for delicious authentic hispanic food I highly recommend Los Amigos or The Santa Cruz taco trucks a billion times better than this lard fat white ppl shii.
Added this business to Google. Superb Mexican food with a mix of very traditional with a little modernization mixed into some items. I hate to say it’s the best Mexican Restaurant in town, as Ref Bluff has many great options. I would place it close to the best in town if I had to though. Great portions, burritos are easily 4-5 lbs, and great location. I kind of wish it would of stayed secret as the line has never been long. Just the food is to good to not let everyone else know about.
As i waited for a new tire I got the carne asada bowl which was delicious. I liked everything except the rice which was different from what I'm used to but it was still a well crafted dish, will definitely be ordering again in the future. I also got a strawberry churro which I thought could have had more filling but I would order again as well. The customer service was exceptional and the wait wasn't long at all I definitely recommend to anyone and everyone.
Traveling through Red Bluff and this place popped up. Ordered the carne asada burrito and it was delicious. Meat wasn’t gristle and it was not all beans or rice. Worth trying. Don’t be scared
