Awesome addition to the neighborhood (more tacos!).
Eddie was extremely welcoming and I could tell how excited he was to serve their food to new customers.
The tacos themselves were excellent. I did the pollo, carne asada, and the al pastor.
Pollo and carne asada were winners to me - we’ll season meat, juicy, on great tortillas with 3 fantastic choices of salsa.
The Pastor was solid but could have been a bit more flavorful.
Will definitely be coming back and it’s a great quick and casual option if you’re in the area.
These tacos were totally ok, but nothing special. I had the pollo and the asada. The asada was absolutely the better option, with more flavor than the chicken. It's nice that they have a vegetarian option, but my partner was underwhelmed by the mushroom tacos as well.
If you're in DTLA for any reason, and you're hungry you MUST try this place. I recommend the Quesadillas con Asada. YOU WONT REGRET IT.
If you like saucy stuff, the green sauce is a MUST as well. It's good without it too!

For a good taco you need to use real guacamole with fresh avocados not the avocado juice that they use in their servings this is one of the worst tacos I ever had in LA
Perfect restaurant name because tacos are good AF!!! Had so much fun at the grand opening today. Enjoyed the mango habanero chicken and the asada tacos! I even tried the cauliflower taco, which was the best vegetarian taco I’ve ever had. Definitely going back soon. All the meat was tender and the salsa was very authentic.
Quick note- the tortillas are made on demand so they’re extra fresh and healthy!!
Came to the soft opening today, and OMG!!!!! The best tacos that I’ve ever had. Homemade tortillas and the tenderest meat that I’ve ever had in a taco. I’m a big fan of Los Compadres meat, so as soon as I heard of this place, I had to try them out. THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT.
