The food here is really good especially the fish options. I didn't give 5 stars because of the food pick up options. If you order on the app you have to get out of the vehicle and pick up from the side of the building. If you're physically impaired, it's icy out of just plain unsafe then tough luck. The drive thru employees refuse to give you the order in the drive thru even though the app says after 4 pm they're supposed to.
This review is for The Taco Time location located in White Center. Overall, not bad, food is fresh like other Taco Time locations and there's a fair amount of parking space located in the back. Good place for a quick bite if you're in a hurry.
My visit to White Center Taco Time Today was excellent. I ordered a Chicken Tostado Salad. It had a generous amount of chicken and beans, and just the proper amount of lettuce. Also ordered the tater fries, they were crisp and light. Not heavy or greasy. They were the best I've ever had at any Taco Time. I had opportunity to have my order, taken by "R e n a e" the manager. She was friendly, and order came quick and hot. She also told me she became the manager there WC at beginning of pandemic. She has made many positive changes since taking charge there. The place was clean and bright. Tables and floors very clean. I will go back again when in White Center. Lots of parking in back of restaurant as well. ????
7/16/24, 7:45 pm. The lady working the drive thru, was pushy, and rude. She did not give me everything that went with My order. I did not want it after that experience. I would not recommend going to this Taco Time
Staff is very very friendly as we are from canada Manager told us about different hot sauces they have. Thanks guys we will be back.
This location's food is always excellent. It's steadily packed for good reason. However, despite how busy it is, the hard-working staff gets your order correct, does so in a timely fashion, and is always very friendly. Well done!
Good food for good prices. You know what your getting, and you dont need to chug a gallon of pepto bismol like other taco places.
While the first Taco Time in 1960 was opened in Eugene OR, the start of the chain that we locals know and love opened two years later in White Center!! I've been going here since I was in grade school. It's the best tasting and highest quality of all the fast food options.
Is it authentic Mexican? As good as a paper plate of carnitas street tacos from a taco truck?
No. But, is the food constantly delish? Yes!
To be clear, the Taco Times outside of the greater Puget Sound area are all suspect. If the main color on the sign is brown, not green, they don't count - enter at your own risk. Those TT are like doofy cousins you never see. Yeah, they're family, but no one wants to claim them. If it doesn't have the green sign, it's not the REAL Taco Time.
