Seems like they’ve gotten a little skimpy on the food while simultaneously maintaining or raising most prices. I got two soft tacos for 17 bucks. If they were packed with substance I might not have cared as much. The chicken soft taco was on a diet!
Anyway… this is a local Institution with pretty consistent everything. I’d go here more if it wasn’t so expensive and if I couldn’t make it at home for cheaper and better. It’s a convenience thing.
Also… ordering inside now without humans. They don’t want tips still do they?
I hope the Taco Time people see this and make some serious changes. I love TT, but this one appears to be seriously mismanaged. On a Friday at lunchtime there doesn’t seem to be enough people here to handle the lunch rush. Both self-serve ordering kiosks are broken and they had no one to run the register. The folks who spoke English weren’t trained and the others didn’t seems to feel comfortable enough to understand people’s orders. I did eventually get to order after a lot of delay and stress, and the food was good, but this place really needs to get its stuff together.
Great food! I love casita burrito. Shout out to the staff in the afternoon of April 23rd 2023. They were so kind and they gave us treats for our dog

Absolutely delicious every time. Perfectly complimented with the Taco Time Hot Sauce... (Spicier than most)
I ordered the meal with mexi-nuggets. This was a Snow Day... this location is on like an island ...on Avalon Way. Perfect location in a busy area.
The Crisp Chicken Burrito' is king- nothing better in the Fast Food world...
If you like taste and a bit of spice this is for you. Highly approve... ????
Overall, it was a pleasurable experience. Big shout out to the Manager on duty noon. She went above and beyond to assist us when we didn't know how to utilize our gift cards. She was polite, helpful and friendly.
The food, as always, exceeded our expectations.
One sad detail to report is the lack of atmosphere. The pandemic and robberies have left the inside like a bar barin desert landscape. Not as warm and friendly when you arrive, but I still highly recommend our West Seattle location ????????????
Kitchen visible with questionable cleaning, tons of fried food, the soft taco tortilla was colder than your ex’s heart and the pinto beans were not seasoned at all, rice can be avoided and you won’t notice.
The crisp chicken burrito was OK.
Also very weird experience walking in and not having any human interaction at all, just a couple of screens to enter your order and no customer service at all.
It was ok they dont accept cash which is a real inconvenience. Prices are way to high here now a days so don't come here to to often. Also dislike that they don't have any type of customer service anymore u put in your own orders and someone brings it to your table. Tater tots were way to salty but wasn't able to complain cause there was no one around today anything to......
Make sure to check your bag going through the drive through. My first visit and they left out all the tacos from one of my combo meals... So paid $13 for a coke and some tots. Not great first impression. The food we did get was pretty good.
