I was hungry while approaching I-5 North, so I turned into the last possible parking lot before the highway to find something to eat. I'd never been to Taco Time NW before, so I decided to try it. I was surprised by some of the taco ingredients (pinto beans and ranch dressing, for example), but I decided to give their tacos a try. The ranch was surprisingly decent. I enjoyed the tater tots that were served on the side. Some people might find them too salty, but I'm not one of them. I love salty food.
The restaurant was clean and run well. I was going to use the bathroom before leaving, but there was a keypad on it. Due to the long line at the front counter, I didn't feel like trying to get the code. I drove home needing to go to the bathroom, but I didn't have far to go.
Some of the menu items caught me off guard, especially the taco burger. I supposed some people must like them though, otherwise, Taco Time NW wouldn't sell them.
I would eat here again.
I ordered online and I was there within 15 minutes or less. The food was ice cold when I got home the tacos were not only cold, but they were wet and they just fell out of the shell the chicken tacos I called the store they did not answer I left a message. No one returned my call. I called the corporate office and left a message. No one returned my call either for $53 for a meal. I expected the food to least be warm and edible and it was not. I was very very upset I highly recommend going elsewhere. I was able to get to McDonald’s and home which was further away than taco time with warm food as well as Wendy’s and Kentucky fried chicken so I don’t understand why taco time can’t provide warm food and when I asked for help when I went inside The girl at the counter was so rude that I just walked out

The veggies classic burrito was just kinda blah. No real flavor. The staff was really friendly. Clean
Food and service was good. They changed their hot sauce those. It's package in a sealed container. Old sauce is better!
Has really went downhill since corperate take over....
One time I went there and was charged for a soft taco instead of crisp taco and this last trip ordered chicken soft taco and got beef...
I think im thru with them for now ????
I called before I arrived to make sure the dining room was open. When I arrived a guy took my order. He seemed agitated and was maybe having a bad day. I took a picture of the menu so I could post it with my review. He was giving me an evil stare and I showed him that I was just taking a picture of the menu and that he wasn't in it. Then I was about to take a picture of their dining room and he told me that they don't allow that. I said I usually try to put a picture on for the business. He said, "most establishments don't allow pictures!" Okay....weird...most businesses are happy to get pictures and reviews in my experience but whatever. I deleted the other pictures and will only post pictures of my food. Every single table was dirty. I think he was trying to smooth things over as he was following me around sweeping up the dining room and he said for me to move a table closed sign to another table and use one of the clean closed tables. I did, but I feel like he should have. That table wasn't clean either. It would have taken an employee about 3 minutes to hit all the tables with a rag. The food tasted good which is why this is 2 stars instead of 1. The name on the receipt was Kurt. A very off-putting individual. I do enjoy the food at taco time and will continue to frequent the other locations.

Alright pop inspection visit. Manager was off today. The food was still excellent. The Staff was again, great as usual. This Taco Time is always my must stop location between Redmond and Bellingham. I’m never disappointed. Kudos!!

I reviewed this location 3 years ago. This Taco Time continues to be Outstanding. The quality of food, staff and dining room is excellent. It continues to be my favorite Taco Time. Kudos for keeping up the Gold Standard!
I visit many Taco Times. This store is by far the BEST one. I had a #4 Crispy Beef Taco Meal. The taco was perfect. The meat was packed, not skimpy like other branches. It was flavorful too. The lettuce and tomato was fresh. The taco shells were also thin and crisp and not tough. My tacos were good to the last bite. The Mexi Fries were hot and crispy. And lastly the bathroom was clean. Kudos to the Manager and the whole crew.
I just wanted to say that on March 7th my husband and I stopped at this location after leaving Harborview medical center. I had to have 2 surgeries on my fractured leg. Your manager or shift leader was so helpful. I over estimated the energy required to get to the bathroom. She helped us get to a spot with a ramp along with a lovely emt and his family so I could get back in the car. They then helped us order and get through the drive through. I can't say enough good things about this location and your wonderful staff.
