Arrived at 9am for a quick breakfast. I ordered the breakfast Chorizo burrito. It was excellent! I would recommend this place to others. Thank you!
I got their ham/ sausage burrito with pico. I should have just went to el Gordon’s Mexican burrito. This burrito is nasty, no flavor, needs salt and pepper and the eggs taste watered down.
Unfortunately, today was the second time we have not received what we ordered, yet had to pay the full price. The nice woman running the drive-thru admitted that the Meal numbers on the drive-thru board do Not match what is on their screen. This is unacceptable, yet not her fault. The food is average tasting. The salsa is great. Thankfully they did get our son's meal correct.
The green chili burrito was so damn good it actually had green chili in it. Street tacos are awesome too and the salsa was great had green and red, it's starting to get busy so hurry and get you some yummy food, prices are comparable to other fast food places in town. Definitely going back!!
Drive-thru wait was 20+ minutes. Patron inside store, who walked in AFTER we had ordered, received his food first.
I had noticed the worker on his phone several times, and when we FINALLY received our order it looked delicious, smelled wonderful, but that first bite was disappointing to say the least.
Carnita taco meat was DRY, like it had set out overnight and all they did was throw it in a microwave before plating it. The meat tasted freezer burnt and the grease...oh my the grease.
This was my first experience since it became a Taco Plus and I will not be returning. I was extremely unsatisfied with service and quality.
The place was booked with orders… two characters walked in… assuming they were the owners - walked behind the counter and they started cooking for themselves. No sanitary measures were taken - they literally cooked for themselves and walked out leaving the cook and the girl taking orders to continue to struggle. Truly unbelievable…. Two stars because the burrito was halfway decent and not as greasy as the average Berto’s burrito
3rd Time Is A Charm - UPDATE: They have done much better than last couple times. Was out of time and needed a fast bite. Gave them yet another try and it was great! Hopefully the communication from front of house to kitchen continues!
UPDATE: Tried once again. Went inside and spoke with them. They are very pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, after getting home and opening it and even though she guaranteed me it would be correct it was just as bad if not worse than previous times. I called, no answer. I emailed in detail and explained nicely. A week later, no reply. We will not be back which is a shame.
Could be GREAT if they paid more attention to detail. Crispy fries, means crispy. Not barely cooked. I don’t mind paying decently for what I actually order. However, not getting what you pay for is disappointing. Four times eating here. Three times it ended in disappointment. Leaving the review after explaining the issue at ordering and still getting barely cooked fries. Hope to see this improve before they disappear. Will give it another chance and see if this has helped them change.

All the tacos I've had here are really good. The cabeza street taco is really good!! The chicken taco is good as well!
Stick with the tacos and you should be happy.
Be warned the burritos are terrible.
I've eaten many chile relleno burritos in my life and Taco plus Mexican grub has the worst chile relleno burrito I've ever had. This burrito was literally a cold, rubbery chile relleno with unmelted cheese on top of it. No beans, no rice, no pico, no flavor... no nothing. Bland, cold and terrible.
The bean and cheese burrito was terrible as well. The beans were cold to the point where it couldn't even melt the prepackaged shredded cheese that they threw in there. So basically cold bean and unmelted cheese burrito, Not very appetizing.
The gentleman they had working the counter had no idea about the food. He was not well trained at using the register and kept having to look at the food menu hanging on the wall before he could put anything in to the register. To be honest he didn't even seem to understand the concept behind Mexican food.
I'll go back just to get the tacos de cabeza street tacos but that's about as far down the menu as I'll go!!!
They also had the Adams family plan on a TV hanging on the wall which was fine but the volume was so loud you could hear it in the parking lot. ????????
