Got 4 loco tacos, 2 pollo and 2 asada. The cheese in between the two tortillas ruined it. Not the right type of cheese and made it not edible. The lime slices were dry. The corn was okay, good portion. Bit on the pricy side for a food truck.
Please be advised it is not authentic Mexican food at all and just a step above Del Taco. There are real Mexican food restaurants nearby though I tried it out of curiosity and convenience. The food presented did look appetizing; But for the prices probably could have got more for my money at a Del Taco, it is edible, lacks flavor; alao note salt should not be the only seasoning, beans tasted like they came straight from a can, the quesadilla just had packaged four cheese Mexican mix in it with very lil meat the Tacos were extremely blan. Wife tried the hot cheeto elote in the container, again corn didn't tast cooked and like it was dumped and mixed straight from the can. I personally would not recommend nor would I return especially when there are authentic Mexican food restaurants in the same area.
I used to go to this taco truck when it was across the street from their now location. The first time was great when we had gotten their tacos and I was very hopeful that this would be my family's new go-to spot since we live in the neighborhood. However, it wasn't the same the next few times I went, service takes long and the food didn't taste the same. After today, I don't think I will be giving this taco truck another chance. We ordered 5 burritos, 3 asada and 2 chicken. We asked to have them labeled because we have a family member who does not eat beef for religious reasons and wanted to ensure we knew how to distinguish them apart. We got home then left them in the bag for everyone to grab when they pleased, I peaked inside and saw some labeled and thought nothing more. Unfortunately, a burrito that was supposed to be chicken was asada and the individual that was not supposed to eat beef had already started eating it by the time I realized. The tiny "AS" they wrote was almost smeared off of the foil wrap. I had only questioned the burritos filling because I noticed another family member started eating one that barely had any meat in it at all, so I started inspecting the rest. This was our first time having their burritos and to our surprise, they were flat instead of round. I couldn't help but laugh because I've never seen burritos like that but kept an open mind. However, I realized that they all just didn't have enough filling inside compared to other burritos that we're used to elsewhere. Based on the price, I would expect a packed burrito. Flavor wasn't very present neither, the rice is on the mushy side but their green salsa is good and helped add to it. For future labeling, please use better markers and larger lettering to help identify your food. I wouldn't want someone else eating something outside of their usual diet and especially against their religious beliefs that they've grown up following.
It’s outside with cover and lights. Always friendly and great service. Plenty of parking but we are walking distance!! Glad they are here!
Our first time trying this place and I fell in love with it! Food is amazing. Reasonable price too! If you like hot salsa, I highly recommend the loco salsa it was fabulous chefs kiss
Would consider myself a regular. I probably come to this truck once a week if not every other week. Asada fries and churros are fantastic! Tacos are also really good as well! I would highly recommend at least stopping by and giving them a try. Generally, you can get a lot of food for $10-$15.
All the workers in the truck are very nice and will make any errors right. They are always very consistent as well!
Atmosphere… it’s improving immensely. They have added a nice seating area and are starting to plant some small trees in the area to make it nicer. Easy to find parking and seating.
You can also order ahead as well!
Went today for the first time, the food is terrible. Honestly I don't know how they are in bussiness. Worst tacos ever. If you want some good tacos also with tripa, go to el guera tacos on shaw/99 next to In n Out. They are the best tacos in Fresno. There was a bad accident today so they had it all blocked off. This was the reason we went to this place. We left still hungry and disappointed. Money don't grow on tress to be spending money on nasty food. Save your hard earned money and go somewhere else
Have tried their elote a couple of times and they’re consistently good, just enough of everything with sweet corn. They seem to have good rapport every time I come, with repeating customers there every time. Definitely will have to keep trying them out!
