We pulled up to taco Johns and It was empty. At the time it was just us. We didn't even order a lot of food. There was three employees outside smoking after we placed our order and we were ther for 20+ minutes.... definitely not coming back anytime soon
I went through the drive up in the Sterling Colorado location - the parking lot has no pot holes and it is always neat and tidy. I ordered a grilled chicken burrito and I must say I was delighted- thanks guys for making me a believer that fast food in Sterling Colorado could be so darn good. Awesome job.
Would give 0 stars if i could. Was only person in store (0 cars in drive thru) ordered 4 items and it took 15 minutes to receive my food. An off clock employee rang up food after me and then made it and left before mine was started. Employee making food repeatedly touched his clothing between food items and did not once change gloves the entire time I was there. Multiple drive thru orders were made before my order.
Find another place to eat
I think the tacos and burritos are better than Taco Bell; I also really like their tater tots. Prices are reasonable and comparable to Taco Bell as well. All-in-all, it's a toss up though...I'm usually happy with either place.
Went to get dinner, didn't use their coupons. As we were heading out, they where shoo'ing away Drive-Thru because "their fryer was n't on".
Backdoor was open, only looked like 2 people were working, probably didn't want to work.
Food was horrible. The lime rice made everything even the steak taste only like lime. The soft shell tacos were cold and the meat and potato burrito made my husband sick. Service was okay but slow. Tables were clean.

Idk what's up with taco jons but the people you hire are incompetent..
If I could give Zero stars I would have.
The customer service was ok. However, one of the employees wreaked of cigarette smoke. The store was out of several main food items, making the menu quite limited. Also, half of the fountain drinks were.out or not working. The food was just barely warm enough. The restaurant was relatively empty, but most of the tables needed to be wiped down. After we left and returned 15 minutes later (forgot my wallet) none of the employees had bothered to wipe our table down, or any other table, and the store was empty. They didn't even realize I had left my wallet on the table. I like Taco Johns but definitely not the Sterling, CO location.
